Beautiful location

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and would happily give it a 10-star review. The hotel itself was lovely, with everything maintained, which made it incredibly comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived.

The location is another huge plus — it’s perfectly central, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, access local attractions, and get around without any hassle.

What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was the staff — especially Olim. They were outstanding throughout — genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Olim in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from offering great local recommendations to helping with practical arrangements like booking taxis.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well-located place with truly exceptional staff.

Centrally located hotel in Bukhara old town. The rooms were clean, private and quiet. Restaurant, sites, and shopping are minutes away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arranged a seamless pickup from the airport. We recommend this hotel!

The men at reception, especially Olim, superb. Every recommendation and piece of advice Olim gave us was spot on and made our stay perfect. He is genuinely fantastic and the hotel have an absolute gem in him. Would stay again because of how good he was.

The hotel was completely new, clearly recently opened or renovated. All rooms faced the inner courtyard, so while there wasn’t a particular external view, the courtyard itself was very Cosy and pleasant.

Room service was excellent and very fast, although slightly on the expensive side. Laundry service cost around $10 per kilogram, which is quite expensive compared to other cities and hotels in Uzbekistan.

The location was outstanding. The entrance opened directly onto Labi-Hauz, placing you right in the heart of historic Bukhara. Sitting at the cafés by the pond, enjoying tea, and then returning to the hotel to relax is something I highly recommend. Also, don’t miss Joy Restaurant nearby — just make sure to reserve in advance.

Could not be in better location and room was nice and big, as well as the bed being very comfortable. Staff are eally friendly. Breakfast was very good.
