Sehr schöne Anlage, Top Lage, Top Freundlichkeit, aber teure Serviceleistungen
Pros:

Das Beste am Hotel sind auf jeden Fall die Top Lage (die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür) und das Personal, das während unserem gesamten Aufenthalt stets super freundlich und bemüht war, uns bei jedem Anliegen sofort zu unterstützen.
Die Zimmer selbst sind super schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls top.
Das Babybett, das angeboten wird, ist leider nur für Säuglinge geeignet, wir bekamen aber für einen fairen Preis ein Zimmer-Upgrade für ein Zimmer mit zusätzlichem Bett.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker, wird allerdings erst ab 8 Uhr angeboten, was bei Sommerhitze etwas spät ist.

Cons:

Das WLAN war zwar stabil, aber doch sehr sehr langsam.
Die vorhandene Klimaanlage war im Juni bei 40 Grad mit der Grösse des Zimmers überfordert, unter 30 Grad war nicht zu schaffen, was am Tag okay, aber nachts unangenehm war.
Die Serviceleistungen für Transport und Wäschereinigung sind unverschämt teuer.

Отличный отель, у нас остались самые приятные впечатления. Удачное сочетание всех необходимых удобств и местного колорита. Большой стильный номер с хорошим дизайном, красивая деревянная мебель, удобная кровать, сантехника качественная. Локация великолепная, самый центр, но при этом не шумно. Персонал выше всяких похвал, большие молодцы. Завтраки не брали. Останавливались на три ночи. Будем в Бухаре ещё - остановимся здесь

Удачное расположение, можно сказать в старом городе. Очень красивый двор, большой комфортный номер. Персонал отличный, очень много нам помогали по разным вопросам

L'emplacement au cœur de la ville de boukhara super vous avais l'impression d'être dans le film d'Aladin le personnel au petit soin mention spéciale pour halim qui a arpenter toute la ville avec nous pour nous montrer les sites a visiter ,et aussi je souhaiter un hamam traditionnel halim m'a accompagné jusqu'à la porte du plus ancien hamam de la ville, le jour de notre départ qui été très tôt le petit dejeuner nous a été preparer dans des lunchs box un régal

Odalar geniş ve güzeldi. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Her seferinde selam verip cana yakın davrandılar. Otel temiz ve yatakları rahattı. Bize çok güzel bir samsa restoranı tavsiye ettiler. Kendilerine teşekkürler.

Taharet musluğu yoktu çoğu yerde yok.

Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und konnten unsere Zimmer vorfristig beziehen. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür! An der Rezeption haben wir auch gute Restauranttipps bekommen.
Die Lage ist toll! Direkt im Zentrum gelegen, so dass die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind.

A wonderful hotel with unbeatable value and location

The location is fantastic right by the pretty pond/lake that comes alive at night with live music, people walking and pretty restaurant all around. The room is very spacious and the bed are very comfortable . Very clean . Very attentive , polite and professional staff.

Cons:

We loved everything. I would just say that the breakfast was not as great as other places I have been to in similar level hotels but still plenty of choices. They need a real coffee machine but you have a cute coffee place right next door (magic cafe ) which has delicious beverages, plov and even well priced carpets !

Buen hotel, ubicación excelente y personal increíblemente agradable
Pros:

El desayuno es excelente, muchas opciones vegetarianas, algo que se agradece, mucha variedad y reponen continuamente. el personal es tremendamente agradable. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y no pararon hasta que nos lo solucionaron.

Cons:

los colchones de las camas necesitan ser renovados, es a lo único que le puedo sacar alguna pega. Un poco subido de precio para los estándares del país.
