Geschmackvolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Hotel unweit der Kathedrale mit einem gesicherten Parkplatz direkt gegenüber.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Abendessen im Restaurant war solide, das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Fenster der geräumigen Zimmer sind doppelt verglast - das Hotel liegt schließlich an der Hauptstraße. Die Betten sind groß und komfortabel.

Cons:

Wir finden Teppichboden in Hotelzimmern grundsätzlich unhygienisch (zumal, wie wir festgestellt haben, auch Hunde zugelassen sind - übrigens auch in Restaurant und Frühstückssaal). Wir mussten daher nachts die Fenster offen lassen.

L’accueil est à revoir. Le personnel n’avait pas l’air de savoir utiliser le programme. L’hôtesse me disait que tout avait été payé alors qu’il me restait le chien et le petit déjeuner à régler. Heureusement que j’ai été honnête. Et même pas un merci 🤨. Très très déçue du restaurant 😏 Ce n’est pas le souvenir que j’en avais .

Convenient and high quality hotel in Tournus
Pros:

Excellent location (2 minutes walk from center) and easy parking. Staff were very nice and helpful especially Marie-Anna who was always responding with a smile and clear and very helpful with requests. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and bathrooms are well equipped and nice. We were in the renovated part of the hotel with elevator access
