Do atendimento dos recepcionistas e da cordialidade de um dos proprietários.

Cons:

Os suportes para toalhas, no banheiro, estavam todos quebrados.
O espelho da maçaneta da porta de entrada estava amassado/estourado, o que dificultava a entrada da chave na fechadura.
As tomadas (3) estavam ocultas atrás da cabeceira da cama de casal, inviabilizando a sua utilização, sobrando apenas uma na entrada a ser utilizada.

Cons:

Não tinha toalha de rosto, o lençol todo solto na cama. Colcha desgastada. No café da manhã não tinha zelo nas toalhas de mesas e talheres. Pagamento na entrada. Móveis desgastados. Profissionais sem treinamento.

Pros:

Hospedei-me pela segunda vez e me colocaram num apto maior, com sacada.
Confortável, limpo, com sabonete e xampu. Cama, travesseiros e enxoval ótimos.
Não tomei café da manhã porque meu voo foi de madrugada

Cons:

Esperava algum lanchinho a noite. Deixo a sugestão, mesmo que seja pago a parte, pra não ter que sair pra comer.

Pros:

Informei horário de check-in às 02 da madrugada por causa do voo e tinha uma pessoa aguardando na recepção. Deu-me opções de apto e pude escolher o que achei melhor. Tudo muito limpo, camas, lençóis, toalha, banheiro, enxoval simples porém de boa qualidade. Café da manhã variado, café com e sem açúcar, leite, água quente para chás, 2 sucos diferentes, 3 opções de frutas, queijo, presunto, ovos mexidos, pães, bolos, biscoitos, pão de queijo, cuscuz. Achei muito legal ter um bebedouro com água gelada à disposição. Ar condicionado excelente, chuveiro bom, papel higiênico de boa qualidade.

Senti falta de sabonete e o
wifi não funcionou no quarto mas não tirou o mérito da hospedagem
