Pros:

Gostei muito por ser uma localização bem central, funcionários extremamente educados
Um café da manhã maravilhoso.

Cons:

As instalações são antigas. E faltam algumas manutenções
O ar condicionado não desligava o controle não respondia com a máquina, passei frio a noite toda por não conseguir desligar o ar.
Os chuveiros são extremamente altos e a temperatura estava no frio 🥶.
Tive que tomar banho frio pois não alcançava trocar a temperatura para o morno.

Café da manhã servido apenas às 7h, sem ovos, pouquíssimo proteína, não tinha uma pessoa atendendo o café e repondo o que acabou.
Da outra fez que me hospedei o café estava completo, cuscuz, ovos, tudo fresquinho, dessa vez o café muito fraco, os quarto estava com cabelo nos lençóis, manchados, a internet não funcionava nenhum dos 3 pontos, estacionamento com entrada sem portao que fecha a noite.

Quarto limpo, banheiro ok, localização boa, ar condicionado funcionando bem.

Cons:

*Barulho altas horas da noite com a chegada de novos hóspedes pelos corredores e ninguém para pedir silêncio.
* Barulho constante a tarde, acho que vem da lavanderia, acho que meu quarto ficava em cima dela
* Café da manhã bem fraco, já fiquei em hotéis mais simples, com café da manhã com muito mais opções.

Quarto grande com ótima sacada pra rua, muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos. Proprietários comunicativos e presentes.

Gostei de tudo.
Só uma sugestão: oferecer opções para almoço/ jantar, mesmo que seja pratos simples, montados em marmitex. O cliente pega na geladeira e esquenta no microondas. A cidade é muito quente
podem oferecer opções de saladas com uma proteína (cubinhos de peito de frango), também pronto no marmitex, comida fria.
