Would stay again
Pros:

Great place to stay, room was spacious and very clean. Had a mice pool, fire pits for evening sitting.

Cons:

No views of the beach and low toilets. If you wanted food, restaurant was next for breakfast or lunch.

There was a wedding on a Thursday. When we checked in, no one told us it was happening. Then it was insanely loud even in our room until 1am. Def understand having a wedding, but on a Thursday? We absolutely should’ve been told since we werent able to sleep until 1am . And we were placed next to the wedding party who woke us up at 3am again playing music in their room. Tried to talk to the staff and were dismissed.

Expensive but loads of fun!
Pros:

Close to the beach and created lasting memories with my family.

Cons:

There is no cell service! Trivial, but when you’re trying to pull up Maps but can’t cause once you leave the property and lose WiFi, you’re without service.

Additionally, for our 3 night stay, housekeeping never came by to clean. They stopped by our other room, where my older kids were sleeping, but not my room.

Nice and easy hotel
Pros:

Comfortable, charming and yet deceptive about cost of breakfast delivery to the room.
Pros:

The room was charming, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

However when we checked in we were told we could have breakfast delivered to the room. No cost was mentioned so we thought it was a perk. The next morning we received our breakfast of yogurt, pancakes, egg, toast, hash browns and two coffees 20 min late and for the most part cold. We weren't happy about that but didn't say anything (we should have) as we were in a rush to leave. When we checked out we were given a receipt that we didn't look at until we got home. We had been charged $83 for that breakfast. Called the management, reported this and was told sorry nothing they could do three days after the fact, we should have reported it when it happened. There were no prices on the card we filled out for breakfast so we had no idea, but I am now told there was a QR code that would have told us.

Des mouvements sur ma carte bleue en positif et ne négatif sans la moindre explication on ne se sent pas serein puisqu'on ne maîtrise rien. Pour le reste tout était très bien .

Pros:

It was neat and clean and right by the water. Its so cute. They have fire pits outside to relax. Its right at the edge of all the hotels on moonstone. It was nice and quiet.

A great family trip that treated our furry family member equally.
Pros:

My family traveled with our dog for the first time and our stay was perfect. There was ample space for our dog to walk and all of us were welcomed at the restaurant. My dog was pet and given a pup cup by staff. This was a fabulous experience!

Cons:

The only improvement that could be made is having extra towels already in the room.

Pros:

Would choose somewhere else. Booked the rodeo suite for more room and the kitchen but not a lot worked and wasn’t easy to cook. The front desk had to ask to make sure there were pots when I called to check. Oven pan was too large for oven so we couldn’t use. Bring your own. Fire safety light stays on so bright at night you can’t sleep, and it blinks! Room needed maintenance. Window crank is broken, curtains off rails and shower door didn’t close, no blow dryer in the room and couldn’t get a response from the front desk until the morning. For the money i would choose another hotel.

It’s a great place to spend time meditating and enjoying gorgeous ocean views.
Pros:

It had great access to the park. The food at the restaurant was great too. It also had heated pool and great parking. I would still choose this place if I go for Big Sur ride.

Cons:

I thought that room could be cleaner and stuff a bit more responsive. We were waiting for a while to get checked in.

It was a cute overall ranch-style stay;for my expectations on scenery, it was a bit of a let down
Pros:

Staff was pleasant, easy parking, clean room, bathroom, & bedding, great weather.

Cons:

Payed extra for a patio, that looked at a pool not nice scenery, no privacy...noisy outside as well as upstairs, which we didn't know we would have people stomping above us for two days. Just very disappointed.

Location was good

Cons:

The room was dirty when we came in my husband found white sticky stuff on table. The walls on the bathroom was dirty. The toilet had stains, and there was coffee stain on the rug and garbage on the floor like a little piece of coffee wrapper.
