Pros:

New. Quiet. Excellent fitness. Not many people. No kids near the pool ))).

Cons:

The location is far from everything.... Noise from other rooms... All the rooms are connected with doors and you can hear literally everything from the adjacent room

Lobby bonito, bem refrigerado com loja de conveniência bem equipada.

Cons:

Bar à noite mal organizado, poucas opções de drinks.
O hotel não tem rooftop, piscina no primeiro andar, sem vista, gelada.
Sauna não estava funcionando.

Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and always helpful. The breakfast every morning was incredible, with many kinds of fresh fruit, bread, and juice. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelets. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful mountain view.

Cons:

The location is also good, in Barra. One thing to note, which is not really the hotel’s fault, is that Uber drivers sometimes had trouble finding the entrance. There is a sharp right turn from the highway, and drivers can easily miss it. This happened to us a few times, and once we almost missed our flight because of it. If you are in a hurry, I recommend leaving extra time for your Uber, or sending the driver a clear note about where to exit the highway. Once they miss the turn, it can take another 10 minutes or more to get back.

Hotel maravilhoso.
Pros:

Gostei muito do atendimento do Recepcionista Arthur e Hugo, os seguranças da noite não me recordo os nomes, também foram muito gentis. Um destaque especial para camareira Marcela que deixou tudo muito impecável e cuidou do nosso apartamento enquanto estivemos fora o dia todo. A arrumação do quarto foi um carinho para conosco.
Não posso deixar de valorizar o café da manhã que é incrível, e tem uma ilha para veganos que surpreendeu minhas expectativas. Tudo muito bom

Gostei de tudo ,o hotel é espetacular,os funcionários nem se fala

Todas as vezes que me hospedei não tive problemas , infelizmente na última vez o ar do nosso quarto não estava funcionando, tivemos que chamar a manutenção pra consertar por duas vezes, mas o problema foi resolvido.

Funcionários educados e sempre com sorriso no rosto e disponíveis para atendimento e qualquer suporte necessário.

Cons:

Limpeza, e instalações do quarto . Pelo valor e padrão do hotel , fui surpreendida de forma negativa com a qualidade do quarto. Manutenções que claramente não são feitas e nivél de limpeza e arrumação.
