Pros:

Fui para o Rio num congresso no Rio Centro. Para isso foi ótima a localização. Muito fácil de me deslocar, mas se fosse para turismo, não acho que a localização ajudaria. Não tem restaurantes perto (fora o restaurante do próprio hotel), tudo precisa de Uber/táxi para deslocamento. Tem ótimos shoppings próximos, que dão uns 20 min de Uber/taxi.
Os quartos são ótimos, muito espaçosos, o café da manhã maravilhoso com omeletes e tapiocas feitas na hora, uma grande variedade. Os funcionários do restaurante são os melhores! Só elogios. O seu Rui e o Nascimento foram maravilhosos durante nossa estadia, muito cordiais.
Infelizmente não tenho o mesmo a dizer da limpeza do quarto. Minha irmã ficou em outro andar e não teve reclamações. Mas eu tive problemas. A cama foi mal arrumada, deixaram um lençol jogado no rack, não retiraram os lixos do quarto e do banheiro e ainda retiraram a toalha e não repuseram (só vi depois que já tinha entrado no chuveiro). Fui comunicar na recepção sobre o ocorrido no meu check out e a recepcionista pouco se importou. Ao meu ver, num hotel com esse custo, isso não deveria acontecer. Já fui em outros hotéis da rede e o atendimento sempre foi impecável.
