Calidad - precio mala. Me esperaba mas con lo que pagué.
Pros:

El desayuno me gustó, aunque la atencion de los meseros fue regular. Algunos te atendian bien y otros no. La ubicacion fue buena. La cama era comoda.

Cons:

El personal no esta capacitado para lo grande que es el hotel, cuando estuvimos estaba bastante lleno, y dos recepcionistas no bastaban. Espere mas de 30min para hacer check in y ni siquiera me validaron el ticket de parqueo. Espere 1 HORA a que me devuelvan un item que me olvide en la habitacion, que volvi a buscarlo y me dijeron mil veces que no habia, despues me dieron otros items que no eran mios, y asi me tuvieron a vueltas hasta que por fin lo encontraron. Lo peor es que el front desk estaba libre, no estaban ocupados. No hay buena supervision y deberia haber mas gente capacitada y hospitalaria en el front desk.
Soy hotelera asi que me di cuenta de muchas falencias y detalles que faltaron. Me sorprendió bastante que no tienen bell boy para ayudar con las maletas tampoco.

desayuno , bueno y completo.

Cons:

hotel de aspecto sucio y viejo .
Habitacones con muebelria de baja calidad , mi habitacion tenia la cama mala , estaba toda mojada cuando llegue , llame al hall y nunca contestaron .
el baño de aspecto sucio , con hongos y mal olor , muy desagradable .

Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo - serviço rápido. Como viajei a trabalho, optei para localização, que neste caso foi ótima. De forma geral, o atendimento na recepção é rápido e as camareiras são solicitas.

Cons:

Internet ruim. O hotel embora renovado, necessita de maior cuidado na manutenção - algumas infiltrações devido a umidade.
Acústica ruim, ruído nos corredores e apartamentos vizinhos.
Enxoval - sobretudo as toalhas estão desgastadas.

Eu e minha família gostamos do hotel de forma geral, funcionários bastante educados, em principal a responsável que administra o café do manhã, muito cordial, educada.

Cons:

Parte da área kids, não deveria fechar as 17h, a gente com criança se limita muito em relação a isso, deveria ser revisto essa questão.
