100% recomendable, muy buena ubicación en un sector muy seguro de Rio de Janeiro, las habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas, el personal muy amable y el desayuno increíble.
Destacó la calidad del Restaurante Bistro, tienen una muy buena carta con variedad de platos para todos los gustos.

Gostei da equipe super atenciosa e gentil

Cons:

O ar condicionado nao refrescou o quarto de modo eficiente e tive que trocar de quarto. Mesmo assim, o ar condicionado nao supriu por completo.

Excelente hotel para ir en Familia !
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento. Limpias las habitaciones y muy bueno y variado el desayuno. El personal super amable.
Lo único para decir es que la ubicación es un poco alejada solo se accede en auto y cuando fuimos había feo olor de la laguna que está cercana al hotel.
El resto es seguro, lindo tranquilo y super cómodo.

La ubicación es muy lejos y el olor de la zona ya que la laguna cercana parece contaminada.

Da recepção. meus filhos foram muito mal recepcionados na chegada ao Hotel

Cons:

Do atendimento. A reserva estava no meu nome e meus filhos tiveram que solicitar um email com a minha liberação para a recepção autorizar, sendo que eles são maiores de idade e tinham documentos comprovando a parentalidade
