Educação dos funcionários e o café da manhã

Cons:

O corredor do hotel é de carpete , e deve ter molhado.Ficou um cheiro péssimo e me deixou com alergia/rinite do cheiro
Outro problema é que peguei um quarto com sofá cama e pedi que arrumassem devidamente.
Acabou que minha filha dormiu no meio de nós dois e o valor que paguei por um quarto triplo não compensou pois só usamos uma cama.

Com toda certeza, voltarei um dia.
Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso e confortável, os funcionários são extremamente educados e simpáticos. O café da manhã era variado, com opções saudáveis e para quem é intolerante. Tinha um brownie de chocolate com doce de leite maravilhoso rs

Nao sei, pois nao consegui acessar minha acomodação. cheguei ao hotel e nao tinha mais a minha reserva, segundo a gerente de atendimento se trata de uma lei universal. SENDO QUE tentei fazee contato dias antes e avisei sobre minha chegada com um dia de atraso. Mas o serviço é tao incompetente que nao virao a mensagem.

Modernes Hotel mit ein paar kleinen Schwachstellen.
Pros:

Das Apartment war modern und sehr geräumig, das Personal durch die Bank super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück fand ich persönlich gut, insbesondere die Obstauswahl.

Cons:

Zustand/Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer weist erste Abnutzungserscheinungen auf (z.B. am Boden) und könnte vielleicht Mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Sauberkeit naja: Habe an drei Stellen lange dunkle Haare gefunden und der Boden klebte leicht.

Personal: Außer an der Rezeption kommt man nur mit Portugiesisch weiter.

Lage: In einer abgelegenen und scheinbar sicheren Gegend. Ohne Mietwagen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung (Barra Olimpica/Olympisches Dorf) wirkt ein bisschen wie ein Lost Place. Habe aus meinem Zimmer auf eine stillgelegte Betonfläche (ehemaliger Parkplatz) geschaut die am verwildern war. Wer eine schöne Aussicht erwartet ist also auch eher fehl am Platz.

We had an amazing stay, as we came for the world fencing championship for cadets and juniors and the hotel was accommoda

Modern hotel built close to the Olympic park. The room had a decent size, good comfortable bed, and a sofa (moderately comfortable), as well shower room and a small kitchen (everything worked and had enough things to accommodate stay of three). The hotel also has a gym and a pool downstairs on level 1. The room was housekept daily.

100% recomendable, muy buena ubicación en un sector muy seguro de Rio de Janeiro, las habitaciones son muy amplias y comodas, el personal muy amable y el desayuno increíble.
Destacó la calidad del Restaurante Bistro, tienen una muy buena carta con variedad de platos para todos los gustos.
