CHALET CANCELLATION POLICY 2024-2025
If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 30 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Payment for the first night must be made at the time of booking.
Room Check-in Time: from 3:00 p.m., we guarantee entry. Room Check-out Time: 12:00H. All rates include 10% VAT. The hotel has a restaurant. The reservation price includes accommodations in the indicated regime. (Does not include drinks at lunch or dinner) and includes the services that are expressly contracted. Children from 2 to 11 years old included are considered children for the purposes of reservations. From 12 years old they will be considered adults. Extra bed on request. Babies from 0 to 2 years old are only possible in two rooms. It is necessary to request availability for reservations with a crib. Pets are not allowed. We are at your disposal.
THESE AMOUNTS WOULD ONLY BE RETURNED IN THE HYPOTHETICAL CASE THAT IT WAS THE HOTEL WHO COULD NOT PROVIDE THE CONTRACTED SERVICE.

Erg mooi hotel in de Spaanse Pyreneeën. Mooi zwrmbad, vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, heerlijk eten en mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Wel pittig hiken!

The food menu was probably the most expensive we came across in our entire trip around northern Spain - but this was more a feature of being so reasonable everywhere else that the prices just seemed a little off. But worth it for the setting and for the ease of eating at the hotel!

Locatie en parkachtige ruimte er omheen waar je heerlijk kon zitten/liggen en genieten van het prachtige uitzicht.
Organisatie, snel paniekerig als iets anders gaat dan zij willen. Technische problemen, timer verlichting in badkamer die na paar seconden uitschakelt, en weer in en weer uit, wordt niet opgelost, verlichting boven spiegel die idioot is opgehangen voor zo' n duur hotel, is veel te zacht waardoor je niet kunt zien wat je scheert, moet epileren of hoe en waar je make- up moet aanbrengen. Plafond badkamer vond ik ook niet passen bij dit 4- sterren hotel. Ontbijt was op zich goed maar niet alles was even handig en ik miste schalen met Griekse yoghurt, muesli en honing: waren alleen van die goedkope bekertjes met zoete yoghurt. Dineren: uitstekende gerechten maar veel te duur. Ook hier lijkt het personeel meer gericht op angstvallig hoog houden van de sterren en in de wacht gesleepte prijzen dan op het klantgericht handelen en de klant een fijne tijd laten beleven. Naast de dure kamers was er veel extra 's maar ook daar moest allemaal weer veel extra voor betaald worden. Alleen gebruik van het buitenbad was inclusief maar niet verwarmd dus eind van de zomer mischien op temperatuur? Slechts 1 jongeman in de bediening was prettig, persoonlijk en klantgericht. De rest was alleen maar hun ding aan het doen. Niet slecht maar zeker niet wat wij ervan verwacht hadden.
