Reservations staying overnight on December 31st will be required to book the special New Year's Eve dinner. This menu is not included in the price, please check it with the hotel.

Please note the published rates for half board stays on December 24th and 31st include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held on that evening.

CHALET CANCELLATION POLICY 2024-2025
If the reservation is canceled or modified less than 30 days before the day of arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. Payment for the first night must be made at the time of booking.
Room Check-in Time: from 3:00 p.m., we guarantee entry. Room Check-out Time: 12:00H. All rates include 10% VAT. The hotel has a restaurant. The reservation price includes accommodations in the indicated regime. (Does not include drinks at lunch or dinner) and includes the services that are expressly contracted. Children from 2 to 11 years old included are considered children for the purposes of reservations. From 12 years old they will be considered adults. Extra bed on request. Babies from 0 to 2 years old are only possible in two rooms. It is necessary to request availability for reservations with a crib. Pets are not allowed. We are at your disposal.
THESE AMOUNTS WOULD ONLY BE RETURNED IN THE HYPOTHETICAL CASE THAT IT WAS THE HOTEL WHO COULD NOT PROVIDE THE CONTRACTED SERVICE.
IF THE RESERVATION IS FOUND DURING THE CANCELLATION POLICY PERIOD THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IN ANY CASE, NOR WILL IT ADMIT CHANGE OF DATES OR SITUATIONS DERIVED FROM ILLNESS. Pros:

Hôtel bien situé à proximité de Jaca et du Parc national d'Ordesa, chambre agréable avec une vue splendide. Restaurant avec une belle carte.

Cons:

Quelques défauts dans la disposition de la chambre, les portes citrées de la salle-de-bain éclairant la chambre la nuit. Un accès au spa à 70 euros plutôt rédhibitoire...

A wonderful two night stay. The food in the restaurant was very good and the complimentory breakfast was very good.

Fabulous location with fabulous staff. The food was excellent and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Increíble, con ganas de volver ya .
Pros:

Sitio espectacular! Sin duda de los mejores sitios que hemos estado nunca para desconectar, disfrutar de la tranquilidad y aprovechar una vistas maravillosas. Hay un SPA maravilloso, super recomendable.
Los dueños son super simpáticos, el trato es inmejorable. Todo el personal es muy atento, las habitaciones preciosas, y todo el hotel cuidado al detalle. Se nota que está todo hecho con mucho mimo y amor.
La comida también está buenísima, merece muchísimo la pena hacer todas las comidas ahi.

Volveremos 100%!!

Las instalaciones limpias y bien decoradas, la comida muy buena, el personal atento y agradable. El paisaje precioso.

En ciertos momentos parecía un albergue, fui a este sitio hace un año y medio y nos gustó la paz y tranquilidad tanto que hemos repetido, esta vez nos vamos un poco más decepcionados. Entiendo que no es un sitio only adults, pero quizás hay que remarcar a las familias con hijos el cartel que tienen en la puerta que habla de que la gente viene a descansar. Hasta las 23:30 y desde las 8h corriendo por las escaleras pegando portazos.

Entorno inolvidable y personal muy amable

El entorno es increíble… la calidez de los espacios, los rincones confortables y la amabilidad del personal en todo momento. Tenía buenas referencias pero han superado mi idea.

Cons:

A modo de sugerencia, el baño debería tener la iluminación mejor trabajada para no encender todos los focos y apliques del mismo golpe… en un entorno tan relajante el exceso de luz molesta bastante y sobre todo si te levantas a media noche.
