Localização perfeita e melhor café da manhã
Pros:

Excelente localização, staff atencioso, MELHOR CAFÉ DA MANHÃ DE CAPE TOWN, quarto grande e muito confortável, não tem elevador, a casa é um charme. Minha única nota seria sobre a construção ao lado, que faz barulho das 8h às 18h, porém 18h em ponto para para o alívio de todos. Fora isso NOTA 10. Voltaria e ficaria mais dias.

Stay was excellent, service worked well and staff was extremely nice
Pros:

Location was excellent since I participated to Sanlam marathon; start was in a walking distance. Staff was very nice and room was quiet and comfortable

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Not the fault of the property but there is a very large building site on the opposite side of the street at the front of the house. There was construction noise as a result.

Pros:

Central, with secure parking.
Linen of bed comfortable.

Cons:

Very very loud, as of 7.30 am to 4.30 pm due to huge construction site on neighbouring property.
Mattress old and not comfortable.

Disappointing stay overall
Pros:

- Good breakfast
- Room cleaning every day

Cons:

- The balcony door and windows in the room were extremely old and poorly insulated. Cold air and wind constantly came inside, and the balcony door was literally shaking because of the wind. The bathroom was even worse, as outside air was directly coming in, making it impossible to keep warm. Note: We stayed at room-6.

- The room photos on the booking platforms do not reflect reality. The room we selected looked spacious and included an extra sofa area in the photos, but we were given a very small room instead. The second alternative room they showed us was equally cramped. Do not trust the pictures here.

- Most of the hotel staff were neither helpful nor friendly (except for one gentleman working in the evenings). When we arrived, the female staff member did not even offer to help carry our luggage upstairs through the stairs. Strangely, after we finished carrying almost everything ourselves, she only carried a tiny bag. Overall, the staff seemed unhappy and impolite.

- The hotel parking area is extremely narrow. You may experience difficulties while entering or leaving. If you plan to leave early in the morning, make sure to organize this in advance.

- In short, with so many good hotel options available in Cape Town, I would not recommend staying here.
