My overall experience was a very positive one. Thank you.
Pros:

The breakfast was a definite bonus. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make my experience a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends.

Cons:

The only problem was its distance from St. Albans.

Fully met our expectations and well located for where we was visiting
Pros:

Good breakfast - only minor point was lack of mushrooms but did not put me off and the quality was excellent

Cons:

I honestly have nothing really to add. There was a slight issue with slow draining of sink in room 149 - possible minor pipe blockage

Room was excellent.

Cons:

Having a speaker directly above the table I was sitting at playing piped music in close proximity to the television I was trying to watch and, crucially, listen to the news on.
Why do hotels insist on polluting the air with this dross?

Pros:

Comfortable and clean and in a great location. Free breakfast was good and the ladies were really attentive constantly refilling items and cleaning up. Rooms were very quiet considering how close the m25 is. Beds were great, sofa bed less so bit fine for a night or two. Water was hot and plentiful everything was spotless. We had two rooms and the standard across both was the same.

Cons:

Only 2 suggestions 1-more staff on the desk/bar. When we arrived after a long drive there was only 1 guy and we had to wait a good while while he ordered someone's dinner and got them drinks. We were just exhausted and desperate to lie down and he was doing his best but another member of staff would've made it easier for everyone involved
And 2- we may have missed it but we couldn't find any info on how to turn down the heat or anything. Often rooms come with a little guide. Figured it out in the end but I wish it had been clearer.

Very minor criticisms though and wouldn't put us off staying again at all.

Pleasant but nearly ruined by one of the female front desk staff.
Pros:

It was clean and tidy. All of the staff were very nice and approachable, except for one.

Cons:

One particular female staff member refused to check in myself and my friends who all arrived separately and happened to be black. She made her colleague check us in instead and could not hide her rudeness and disdain towards us.

Location to my Parkrun was perfect!
