Once we found it was alright.
Pros:

Modern and clean and comfortable bed. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Road Signage to find the way from the M25 as we left the roundabout was nonexistent. We could see the outside of the building from the road but satnav didn’t find the road into the hotel. Had no idea we needed to follow the hypermarket sign to find it. Saw no road signs to indicate its location. An extra 20 mins added to our journey wasn’t appreciated.

Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, easy parking and good sized modern rooms
Pros:

Breakfast really excellent and all staff really friendly and helpful Late checkouts available to members

Cons:

Nothing Would stay again and now signed up as a member

It is what it is Short stay
Pros:

Typical Holiday Inn , no welcome just a here's your key room number and off you go. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are good, slept well. Not very impressed with the level of catering, ready made in the microwave to heat the serve. Overall not very impressed with this hotel I have stayed at better Holiday Inns.
