A modern well-equipped hotel - great for a short stay - would recommend to others
Pros:

spacious air conditioned room with good facilities - the breakfast choice was very good - the staff on reception were friendly and helpful - good location near St Albans

Excellent hotel. Very good value.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had to stay because our dog was being treated at the nearby Queen Mother Veterinary College hospital. Staff were lovely and very understanding.

Cons:

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning during an incredibly hot week. Close to shops and pubs. Close to the bus that goes directly into St Albans. Close taxi ride to train station. Staff were lovely.

Had an enjoyable stay
Pros:

Lovely room, had everything you need. Great breakfast included in price. Convenient for Tottenham Stadium.

Cons:

Had a power cut for 2 hours just at the time we were getting ready to go out. Obviously not a lot you can do about that.

Parking space was a bit tight. Had to be careful in opening doors as not to hit next to your car. Toilettries,no toothbrush/ toothpaste were provided,no bottled water provided for boiling water for coffee or tea. And,if they can have a small fridge in the room.

Could be really good value for money, but currently isn’t.
Pros:

The reception and room appeared clean and well kept.

Cons:

I stayed in room 124 and the shower didn’t work properly, it only worked with literally more than a dripping taps water flow if it was on scalding hot.
