Pros:

Everything! Quiet, and right across the road from the state park. Good tacos up the road, too!

Would definitely book again!
Pros:

The easy access to river. They bed was comfortable. The game and grill that was available. It was quiet and had place to ourselves.

Cons:

Only thing was the towels weren’t fresh a moth flew out of them. Also the sheets had a few stains on them.

Great stay at a beautiful location.
Pros:

The location was awesome. Access to Blanco State Park was a definite plus. The cottage was very comfortable and close to area restaurants and shopping.

Had wanted to float Blanco, but water too low and yucky. Facilities were fine, good value.

The location was convenient, but it was quite w small if you planned to hang out there.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.
The shower head had great pressure!

Cons:

Stepping into tall bathtub is not easy if you are short.
If you are tall, sitting on the toilet is difficult. There was little room for your knees in front of toilet.

Pros:

What a fantastic little villa, in a beautiful location! Even roomier than the pictures show. The area feels like nature preserve, filled with wildlife. We loved everything about it and it exceeded our expectations!

Pros:

Attractive decor, comfortable bed, nice bathroom towels and shower. Very convenient location.

Cons:

We needed a few more spoons and forks. Also, the kitchen faucet was loose, but these are both minor things that are easily fixed.

Very relaxing
Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony and listening and seeing all the birds. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Very nice relaxing place.

Beautifully furnished- felt like being in Tuscany. Access to the State Park was a nice perk.
