Quick visit to see family so not at the hotel a lot. It was a great location and comfortable stay.

I loved the hotel and amenities.

Cons:

Second shift man was very rude, 9/8/2026. The hotel says pet friendly, and I left to go to dinner which was not that long and the man calls me saying he heard my dog barking. So I said ok here I come, about 5 minutes later he calls back and says actually you guys have to leave. Now it was me and my fiance and 2 teenage kids already comfortable and unpacked because we booked 1 whole week for vacation..... it was 9pm. He made us leave over my small chihuahua barking m, her bark is not even that loud.

Nice but...
Pros:

The room was great with the kitchen and divider curtain for added privacy for our group of 3 plus our dog. Pool and hot tub were great.

Cons:

The breakfast that was provided was not that great. Mostly heavily processed foods and substitutes. Processed eggs, turkey bacon, chicken sausage and plant based chicken tenders... Items were often empty and area very crowded. Not very elderly friendly set up with only one set of elevators no matter where your room is. My friend had a lot of trouble walking the long hallways to get to the elevator and our room.

Nice stay with a surprise incidental fee
Pros:

Samuel at the front desk was great. Available to answer any questions we had. The room was very clean, larger than I was expecting.

Cons:

I was not made aware of the $100 incidental fee. I didn't see it anywhere on the website either. I've paid incidental fees before but it has never been that much before so it surprised me when it was that high

Pros:

Rooms were great clean comfy and we loved it was pet friendly.

Cons:

Pool had to much chemical or whatever they used. There was kids coughing and eyes burning.

It was a quick getaway, but one of our most enjoyable. We loved the property and the staff were very friendly
Pros:

I loved having a kitchenette with the modern appliances. And I really appreciate the room had clean toiletries without any harmful chemicals. Please continue to offer that.
