Pros:

i loved the gym and very good trainer
i didn't like the location , no WiFi in the room just in the reception

Not for tourists
Pros:

The hotel has 5 floors. The 2nd floor is a training facility so the 3rd floor starts the rooms which is under renovation...The location is not for tourists and hard to find. If you are training for Muay Thai Boxing, this is your place! The rooms awesome!

Pros:

Brand new hotel with parts still undergoing construction. It has a fully equipped gym with sauna and steam room for additional cost. Rooms were new and spacious with cable TV and big comfy bed. Tea and coffee on tap and really good Wi-Fi.
Bad bits..Difficult location without sat nav and night staff only spoke Thai. Negotiations had to be done over the phone with English speaking owner.
