Coast Boracay

Right on the beachfront and staff were great !! Plan to visit the Coast again !!

Excellent! The only issue is the Internet which is probably spotty on the entire island.

It was my third stay at this property and there’s a reason I don’t like to stay anywhere else in Boracay. From the included transportation from the airport to the awesome beach from service when enjoy the beautiful beach and the list goes on! They spoil you from arrival to departure!

The hospitality and customer service are commendable from all departments. Starting from transportation system from the airport to the resort, from the front check in desk, food service, housekeeping, outside maintenance of pool and surrounding areas and much more were commendable.

Great location in Station 2. Staff was very helpful and professional. Our room is probably going to be to for a quick reno. Food at the connecting restaurant, Cha Chas was good. Maybe just a tad pricey but it is at a prime location. Breakfast buffet was very good. To and from shuttle and boat service to the airport was seemless. Jony, Ben and Bryan are special mentions. But everyone was excellent! Our second stay here because the staff is awesome!

Staff was awesome. Room was clean and spacious. Been to Boracay multiple times and I don’t think I am going to stay anywhere else going forward. The bar has been set really high.

From the airport to our hotel room, from hotel room to the beachfront… from beachfront back to our room… such an amazing experience because of the superb customer service! Thank you for letting us feel what Boracay is all about by giving us the best service ever! The location has a million dollar view of the beautiful beach and gorgeous sunset. We will definitely come back to Coast Boracay!

This hotel is amazing! Our party of 8 was pampered to the max. The staff are incredible and go the extra mile to make your stay special. We were greeted with cold towels and a drink. The airport transportation was great. Location was unbeatable and right in the center of everything and beachfront. The breakfast buffet was great. After swimming in the ocean, staff greeted us with towels. They brought my kids pool toys when swimming and even played with our kids. They took amazing photos of us that made us look great. We definitely loved our stay and will make this our go to hotel in the future if we ever return to Boracay. Jony and Ben primarily served us and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Truly amazing hotel and staff!!!

I can't say enough great things about their customer service. From the moment we got off the plane to the time they dropped us off at the airport. I never lifted a finger. It almost feel like we had our personal butlers. They greeted us with towels as soon as we got off the water, brought us water with out being asked. Gave us pillows for our backs when we sat down.
Johny and Ben were the ones we had the most contact with. They anticipated all of our needs and specially great with kids. They were great and brought out toys and played with them making sure the kids enjoyed themselves. The kids looked for them every day. They had towels prepared for us to take when we went island hoping.
All the staff were great Fe was our server during our breakfast and she was very accommodating.
We had welcome drinks and a refreshing towels upon arrival. We had bowl of fruit and and had turn down service every night.

Beach front

It was quiet and easy access to the beach.

I stayed for four nights. The pick up at the airport and boat transfer to the island or efficient and flawlessly executed. Once at the hotel, I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who throughout my stay did everything they possibly could to make it a pleasure. The hotel itself was in a great location, right on the beach. It was in the middle of everything, most things not more than 5 to 10 minute walk away. The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. The entire resort, including the rooms were kept clean by the staff who seemed to be constantly cleaning. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything I ate was very good. The restaurant and bar seemed to be very nice although I did not use them other than for breakfast. I had an opportunity to swim in the pool, which was very clean and well kept and utilize the beach chairs frequently. The beach staff also was very friendly and accommodating, constantly refilling ice water, spraying aloe or coconut mist and refreshing the towels. Every time you went in the water, you were greeted back at your chairs with a staff member holding your towel open to wrap you in. Nice touch.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again if I return.The only negative is that they do not have an elevator. But rest assured that their staff does everything they can to make sure that you don’t have to struggle. They carry your luggage up and down and deliver anything you might need to your room.

Place was awesome, on the beach, service was incredible. Highly recommend staying here. Will be coming back for years to come.

The staff was excellent, location was perfect. Only issue is the pet owner who left their dog in the adjacent room when they went out. The dog incessantly barked while they were away, every time. Not very relaxing.

The staff is always so attentive. And the hotel is right on the beach.

The service we experienced at Coast Hotel was impressive, beyond our expectations. We felt cared for at every moment. We loved eating breakfast at Cha Cha’s. And our delicious desserts at the end of the day. It was just perfect!

Staffs are very helpful and on top of everything. Smooth transfers from Airport to the Hotel. Food is also the best. Superb experience. We’ll definitely come back.
