Pros:

El alojamiento es un lugar tranquilo (algunas obras a veces rompen esta tranquilidad) para quedarse una noche o, como máximo, dos. Mi estancia fue de cuatro noches y pensaba que el servicio iba a corresponder a lo que se anunciaba. Sin embargo, hay pequeños detalles que deben comentarse. No tiene ascensor y, según estés de fuerzas, podrás o jo subir la maleta a las plantas superiores. El personal es muy amable, pero ante un problema no saben dar solución: me desapreció una bolsa de la habitación (no tenía un valor altísimo, pero contenía cosas que necesitaba para el viaje) y no supieron decirme si acabo en la basura o si por despiste se pensaron que no servía. Aún estoy esperando una respuesta.
También hay problema con el olor a tabaco porque en la parte del patio si fuman sube olor a las habitaciones.
Por último, aunque el desayuno está incluido según el tipo de reserva, si se le comenta si pueden preparar algo sencillo (pan, fruta o frutos secos) porque se dejará el hotel mucho antes de la hora, la respuesta es negativa.
Para pasar un día, puede ser un lugar perfecto Proque está al lado de embajadas y de la estación de metro; para más días o para invitados a quienes queráis que se sienta a gusto no lo recomiendo. Lamentablemente, estuvimos valorando el alojamiento como un lugar para hospedar a personas del extranjero en un evento y lo hemos descartado. Un lástima.
Debo decir que entre el personal sí hay personas muy competentes que ayudaron en todo momento.

Pros:

Nice boutique feel, with helpful staff, decent breakfast buffet across the street, and convenience mart and ATMs nearby. Close proximity to a Metro (subway) station, made accessing the rest of the city quick and easy. As a solo traveler, this hotel was an ideal fit.
