Quiet clean facility. Staff working during our stay were not friendly. Property is very pretty on the outside, my room was a littke rundown. But for the price it was fine. Description said there were laundry service, sauna and steam room. This is not accurate

Die erste und bis jetzt einzige Unterkunft bei der NUR EIN kleiner Kaffe beim Frühstück inklusive war. Bereits das Auffüllen auf eine normale große Tasse galt als zweiter Kaffee und war kostenpflichtig.
Das Mobiliar war dem günstigen Preis entsprechend.

Horrible. Bonito alojamiento y muy bien ubicado en un bosque muy bonito pero es imposible descansar. Estaban organizando una boza y desde las 6 de la tarde hasta las 4 de la noche estuvieron tocando música a todo volumen. Se escuchaba en todo el hotel y temblaba toda la habitación. Fue imposible dormirm no volvería.

Bis aus den Austausch der Handtücher erfolgte in 4 Tagen keine einzige Reinigung. Da das Hotel im Wald liegt, gibt es kein Handyempfang. Das zur Verfügung gestellte WIFI ist extrem unstabil, fällt alle 3 - 5 Minuten aus. Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr eingeschränkt. Fernbedienung für Fernseher und Klima gab es nicht. Da kein Einschaltknopf vorhanden, konnte man beides nicht verwenden Ebenso gibt es keinen Wasserkocher, so das man sich zwischendurch mal einen Kaffee oder Tee hätte machen können. Es spricht keiner Englisch, auch nicht am Empfang. Nur mit Google Translater konnte man die Grundwünsche erklären. Die Bilder auf der der Internetseite des Hotels entsprechen nicht mal im Ansatz der Realität. Zweibettzimmer wurden mit 4 Personen belegt, ein absolutes NO GO! Es gibt nur eine Empfehlung: Finger weg!!!

We are experienced long term travelers who are always up for a 'unique' stay at a great price. This hotel definitely had the price point going for it and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant also looked cool, but it was empty with a strange vibe of haunted.....where were the staff?

The room and bathroom were not great, maybe we booked the lowest priced room or maybe it's off season but the bathroom made me want to avoid it at all costs and the room itself....let's just say we would skip this one next time and upgrade to the Ramada or something similar! Might be different in the summer though.

We are two people from Hong Kong with business trip in Romania. We both like this hotel especially the canteen, with live band, great people playing guitar and two pretty girl singing native Romanian songs, next time I will book the same hotel.

The hotel looked great but the rooms were very dated
Bathroom needed attention. TV didn’t work and AC was not good

Hotel rooms were clean and fair, as expected, they aren't 5 or 4 stars, but they are ok.
Food is very tasty, restaurant look is rustic and pleasant, prices reasonable and portions are very generous.

The hotel is under maintenance, noise from 1000 to 1700. Limited parking places....no free parking after 20 00 hrs. Room low quality utilities...

The hotel is in the process of being updated. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant attached serving good food/breakfast. Good entertainment/live music in the evening. Outstanding breakfast room with very unusual architecture.

The complex was nice enough but a little outdated. We ate dinner onsite in the restaurant and the sitter was horrible and it took forever to get our food. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful, beds were comfortable and air conditioner worked. No shower, only a bathtub.

Nice hotel for transit.There are more restaurants where you can take dinner.

This was my second time at this hotel, and it is likely that I will come here again.

Check in and out is easy, especially if you arrive in the small hours of the morning, as I have on both occasions. I ordered a single room and ended up with a massive room with two double beds. The condition of the hotel and room was very clean. The decor is a little dated but is in good condition.

There is a wide selection of breakfasts, but the options are not great for vegetarians. The evening meals, however, do offer a good variety of foods to cater for most tastes. The food was delicious.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Please note that not all staff speak English, so be aware of this.

The only negatives that I have found is that on my return to the hotel on the first evening, it was apparent that somebody had entered the room (I assume cleaning staff) and there was a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom. I do not smoke, and did not appreciate this.

On the whole, my stay at the hotel was pleasant and I would return again. The rooms are comfortable, there are numerous restaurants on site, and there is a great looking outdoor swimming pool with a wet bar that you can swim to and order drinks/food. Clearly for summer use. On both occasions I have visited it has been winter and snowed out.

I would be keen to return in the summer.
