Персонал - молодые ребята , вежливые и готовые тебе помочь . Персонал - главный и наверное единственный плюс отеля

Cons:

Мебель , сантехника - все убогое, кондиционер очень шумный . Слышимость - слышно всех соседей в округе и в коридоре. Отель - 3 звезды .

Здание и номера комфортные и в хорошем состоянии
Хороший интернет
Уютное лобби.

Cons:

Несмотря на то, что удобная локация в центре, отель стоит на второй линии посреди старых грязных зданий — вечером идти неприятно.
Халат с дыркой.
На второй день утром отрубилось электричество.

Un buen campamento base.
Pros:

El personal muy atento, próximo y profesional. La ubicación excelente, muy cerca del centro y con mucha oferta complementaria. Muy cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Habitaciones muy bien equipadas y muy limpias.

Cons:

Quizá el tamaño de la habitación, aunque el resto de puntos positivos supera con creces este hecho.

Ottimo albergo in centro
Pros:

Hotel molto vicino al centro dotato di ascensore. Si trova in un'area privata quindi abbastanza tranquilla/silenziosa. Camera pulita e abbastanza spaziosa dotata di bollitore ciabatte e calzascarpe. Bagno grande con doccia senza tenda o sportello ma ben posizionata in modo da evitare di bagnare il pavimento. Prodotti da bagno di ogni tipo (compresi spazzolino, dentifricio, pettine e accappatoio). Buona colazione anche se con prevalenza di prodotti salati.

Cons:

Le indicazioni per raggiungerlo non sono chiarissime. All'interno dell'area privata (che condivide con altri palazzi) la strada è stretta e, avendo un minivan, non è stato facile fare manovra ma con un'utilitaria sarebbe stato sicuramente più semplice.

Pros:

La struttura è in una posizione fantastica. Pieno centro. Si raggiungono i quartieri di maggiore interesse culturale, culinario e dello shopping in modo veloce.
Colazione abbondante.
Camera ampia e pulitissima. Munita di ogni comfort.

Cons:

I nostri vicini di stanza. Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza 208. Divisa da una porta e da un pannello dalla stanza 206.
Gli ospiti di questa stanza dei grandissimi maleducati. Le urla di lei mentre facevano sesso si sentivano costantemente nella nostra camera. Hanno acceso la musica la prima notte che noi abbiamo alloggiato. Era l’una passata. E la seconda sera, ieri sera, lui ha ben pensato di mettersi a parlare urlando, nel corridoio. Due cafoni.
Gente che dovrebbe tapparsi in casa propria e restarci.

Perfekte Lage inmitten der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Alles Sehenswerte gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Frühstück hat für jeden Geschmack etwas- von süß bis herzhaft und sehr schön, dass es immer auch regionale Spezialitäten gibt. Ein guter Ort für einen langen Stopp in Yerevan.
