Zeer aangenaam verblijf in stijlvol Hotel met uiterst vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel.
Pros:

Zeer warm onthaald door baliemedewerker Erik, bij het inchecken na middernacht. Persoonlijk verwelkomingsbericht op kamer voorzien van gedroogd fruit en soedjoegh. Smakelijk en gevarieerd ontbijt, zowel bij hartige als zoete voedsel-elementen als bij warme-en koude dranken ruime keuze. Zachte en ruime bedden. Stijlvol modern en sober interieur op de kamer en ook stijlvolle speels-modernistische inrichting van lobby en restaurant. Aanwezigheid van bidet-douche in badkamer ten zeerste geapprecieerd evenals parkeerplaats bij ingang Hotel.

Cons:

Lekkende aansluiting Bidet-douche. Basisinstelling airco te warm (22 à 23°c), openen of kantelen van venster ter verluchting kamer was niet mogelijk. Gedroogd fruit ter verwelkoming was zeer droog en hard. Expresso-koffiemachine bij ontbijt was deffect bij tweede verblijf op 16/04. Inrichting badkamer in kamer 203 is minder handig (bidet-douche aan linkerkant)

The hotel is small and elegant. The rooms are a good size. The hotel was very clean, and the location is excellent, with many cafés and restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception were very polite, especially the blonde girl on the night shift—I don’t remember her name—who did everything she could to resolve a misunderstanding regarding the early check-in and late check-out of one of our rooms. Everyone at the reception was very polite and ready to help.

Cons:

At breakfast, they only offer Armenian coffee or Nescafé. It’s 2026, and they should at least include cappuccino. Every morning, we had to go to a café nearby to get our coffee. This isn’t really acceptable, especially considering that breakfast costs around 15 euros.
