Hmmm...dobry hotel z tradycjami, ale wiecej tu nie wrocimy.
Pros:

Wygodny, przyjemny pokoj, z balkonem, widok na ulice i park, tv i kanaly satelitarne, lodowka, czajnik, lazienka ok, czysto. W cenie sniadanie i basen, jaccuzi.
Przyjazny Niemcom i innym osobom z dużą gotówką.
Polacy średnio mile widziani.
Tylko jedna pani z recepcji bardzo uczynna i pomocna, lagodzi sytuacje i stres, stara sie znaleźć jak najlepsze rozwiazanie, naprawdę zyczliwa. Blondynka.

Cons:

Pomimo rezerwacji w Booking.com dano nam gorszy pokoj, niezgodnby z zamowieniem absolutnie, nizszy cenowo, udano, ze to ma byc ten z oferty.
Traktowano nas niemile, ze rezerwacja z Booking.com, priorytet goscie zagraniczni, szczegolnie Niemcy.
Dopiero po interwencji w recepcji i że zazadany zwrotu pieniedzy oraz ze złożymy reklamację na obsługę i ofertę, dano nam wlasciwy pokój, ten z zarezerwowanej oferty. Niemily zgrzyt.
Przy takim potraktowaniu nie mielismy ani ochoty na basen, ani na sniadanie wliczane w cene. Przyjemnosci.
Nigdy więcej tu nie przyjedziemy.
Tylko jedna pani z recepcji łagodzi sytuacje i stara się bronić opinii i dobra hotelu. Blondynka.

Würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage und einen ansprechenden Wellnessbereich, in dem man gut entspannen kann. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten ausgesprochen bequem. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück mit einer sehr schönen und vielfältigen Auswahl. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider gibt es auch einige negative Punkte. Die Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel sind sehr begrenzt und zudem teuer. Das Hotel selbst verfügt nur über sehr wenige Parkplätze, eine Reservierung ist zwingend notwendig.
Sehr enttäuschend war das gebuchte Abendessen am Silvesterabend. Nach dem wirklich tollen Frühstück hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Serviert wurden Pommes, Nuggets, Kartoffeln, kaltes und hartes aufgewärmtes Gemüse sowie ein Stück Fleisch – insgesamt leider eine absolute Katastrophe und dem Anlass nicht angemessen.

Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad war etwas klein aber ausreichend. Das Frühstück ist im Preis mit inbegriffen. Es war reichlich und für jeden was dabei. Das war alles ok.

Cons:

Gefallen hat mir nicht das man Parkplatz und Kurtaxe nur in Zloty oder per Karte zahlen kann. Wenn man nach um 17uhr anreist hat man keine Möglichkeit Euro in Zloty zu tauschen. Es werden keine Euro an der Rezeption akzeptiert
