De ter que sair do hotel, pois me esqueci de renovar a diária. Voltei no dia seguinte e fiquei até voltar para minha cidade.
Gostei do café da manha academia e a estadia em si. Custo benefício muito bom. Chuveiro muito bom. Quando solicitei informações os funcionários foram educados e solícitos.
O quarto estava cheirando um pouco de mofo, os lençóis e coberta pareciam velhos. E o banheiro tinha algumas sujeiras. Estive por 3 momentos na recepção, e em todos percebi os funcionários reclamando entre eles. Situação desagradável para quem esta hospedado.

Ao chegar ao hotel, fui surpreendido por um processo pouco prático em relação à garagem. Mesmo havendo uma entrada próxima à recepção, não é possível acessar diretamente: é necessário primeiro estacionar na rua, dirigir-se à recepção, verificar disponibilidade e só então retornar para entrar com o veículo — além do pagamento ser feito à parte.
Em um cenário atual, onde todos utilizamos celular e a comunicação é extremamente ágil, esse fluxo parece desnecessariamente burocrático. Uma simples autorização provisória para entrada — com posterior regularização na recepção — já tornaria a experiência muito mais fluida, tanto para o hóspede quanto para a própria equipe.
É um detalhe operacional, mas que impacta diretamente a primeira impressão do hotel. Com um pequeno ajuste, a experiência poderia ser significativamente mais conveniente e alinhada com o padrão esperado hoje.
