It was a wonderful stay that exceeded all my expectations.
Pros:

Very high level of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel.
Comfortable rooms with cozy beds. Excellent location right in the city center. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff , easy and convenient self check-in process.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

No puedo decir que algo me gustó más. La ubicación me pareció fantástica, estaba cerca de todo. El desayuno me sorprendió, además el servicio nos trató genial. Y la habitación supercómoda, espaciosa y muy bien diseñada

Zentral und schön!
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude. Alles war einfach zu erreichen. Hotelzimmer (Tramuntana) sehr geräumig und schön. Selten ein so bequemes Bett gehabt. Auch die Duschprodukte waren hochwertig.

Cons:

Tassen haben nicht unter die Kaffeemaschine gepasst. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. War wirklich alles toll.

Lo recomiendo 100% si vas a estar por Palma centro
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta en el centro de Palma. Y con buena insonorización. La habitación muy limpia y muy bien decorada. Cama muy grande y cómoda y el baño también muy grande equipado con ducha y bañera. Lo recomiendo 100%.
El personal muy amable.

Cons:

El check-out a las 11h en vez de a las 12horas que suele ser lo habitual.

Limpieza impecable, trato cordial, perfecta ubicación.
Pros:

Habitación es amplia, la cama grandísima y cómoda. El baño muy amplio con dos lavabos. La limpieza es impecable. Todos los días han limpiado y han ordenado la habitación e incluso plegado mi pijama. El primer día nos han dejado dos botellitas de champán con copas y dos botellas de agua. En la habitación había una nevera pequeña y una máquina nespresso con cuatro cápsulas que reponían todos los días.

Cons:

El conducto del aire acondicionado hacía un poco de ruido.
