Very basic. Fine for one night but would not stay again.
Pros:

The location was very central, very close to the Trevi fountain and a 5 min walk to the metro which was good. The room was clean even though it smelled terrible. The bed was comfy.

Cons:

Our room smelled really bad, kind of like sewage. The little plastic glass that was in our bathroom for rinsing after brushing our teeth was cracked so that when we filled it, water went everywhere. The room was generally a bit run down and needed a lick of paint. There were also no tea or coffee facilities in the room which I think is pretty basic and would expect this of a 3 star hotel. There was no lift, so no great if you have heavy bags and have a room on one of the other floors.
