We spent a pleasant week at this Gran Canaria hotel with clean, comfortable, spacious rooms and a heated pool that was a nice touch.
The staff were kind and welcoming, particularly Rodri and Inma who provided attentive service and always ready to help. A solid choice for a relaxing stay!

La tranquilidad y el ambiente y el personal muy atentos, Raúl, Rodri e Inma muy atentos y con las labores de limpieza a la perfección, mención especial para Rodri que estuvo siempre atento a todo en todo momento con todos los huéspedes.

The staff is amazing and Rodrigo is the best

Todo. Cama cómoda, piscina climatizada, tranquilo, cerca del Yumbo y de la playa, limpio, parada de bus cerca, si alquilas coche el aparcamiento es fácil, y sobre todo muy bien atendido por Rodri e Inma que te hacen sentir en casa. Incluye un desayuno de cortesía bastante completo.

It was clean and very comfortable. Two coffee machines and a kettle, with pods and instant coffees and teas provided. I was on the ground floor which was perfect, right next to the pool. Pool was warm, as was the jacuzzi and a nice hot sauna too. A bottle of cava on arrival, and a continental breakfast hanging on the door each morning was a really nice touch. The complex is just 15 apartments so it was really quiet. Staff on site from about 7.30am to 4pm-ish, and they were all very friendly. A shout out to Inma, Adri and Rodri who were lovely. The location is also perfect. 5 min from the beach, 5 mins from Cita and 10 mins from the Yumbo so never needed taxis. I will definitely return here, it’s the perfect chill place.

Aparte de la ubicación, que es excepcional, lo que hizo mi estancia de 10 fue el trato amable y atento del personal, especialmente de Rodri e Inma, que estuvieron pendientes en todo momento.

El hotel cumple totalmente con las expectativas, es íntimo, bien ubicado, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas, y el servicio brindado es de alta calidad, cabe resaltar la increíble atencion por parte de Rodri y de Inma, quienes hasta el último momento se aseguraron de que estuviéramos a gusto y bien atendidos.

Adicionalmente una de las cosas que más nos gustó y hará que volvamos es la piscina con agua temperada clothing optional, 100% recomendada, especialmente si no viajas en verano como nosotros.

The rooms are spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Staff is really friendly (thanks Inma and Rodrigo for a great job every day!) you made us feel very welcome. Rooms and facilities were clean and the breakfast bag was a cute surprise.

La amabilidad y disposición del personal, la cortesía del desayuno, la proximidad a la playa pero sin alejarse del centro

La ubicación es excelente, limpieza exquisita. El trato del personal de 10, tanto Rodri en recepción e Inma en las habitaciones son súper profesionales.
Repetiremos seguro.

Para além da excelente localização (meio caminho entre shopping, restaurantes e praia), sobretudo, a simpatia e excelência do serviço prestado pelo staff, de que se destaca o Alejandro.

Daglig frokost levert på døren var en hyggelig overraskelse. Personalet er svært høflige og serviceinnstilte, spesielt Alejandro og Irma. Beliggenheten er god, sengene komfortable, og det er fine solsenger med sol store deler av dagen. Det lille bassenget er perfekt for å kjøle seg ned.
