This is my third time at this property. It has everything I need, it clean, quiet, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. What truly makes this place exceptional is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Rodrigo who went out of his way to make me feel welcome when I arrived and throughout the week

Hotel was lovely. Staff were so nice and helpful. No dining facilities or bar but breakfast provided each morning. Plenty of nearby places to eat and drink. Would definitely recommend.

I was so happy to have selected Atlantic Sun Beach for my first trip to Gran Canaria. The room was better than the photos, as was the area around the pool. The bed was very comfortable. Having a little bag of breakfast treats waiting outside the door everyday, was very nice. All of the rooms were occupied, yet it never felt crowded. The room was cleaned daily and always looked like I had just arrived. That is mostly thanks to Rodrigo. He always had a smile on his face and willing to help in any way he could. There are many options in Playa del Ingles to stay. I'll go back here again because of the great experience I had~

This was a perfect spot to stay, the place is very clean and the staff is fantastic.

This is my second time at this hotel and it has everI need: clean, safe, quiet and the staff all all amazing, in particular Rodrigo who went out of his way to make this a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend.

I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there). Then the guy of the reception just gave me his phone number. I asked why he was giving me his phone number and not the taxi company and he answered that I shouldn't be worried (maybe he didn't know the number). So, of course 3:30 am I was there feeling very tired and there was no taxi. First I tried google and some place at GC airport gave me another number near the hotel area. Then the number he gave didn't answer. Then I tried the number that the guy of the reception gave me (also no answer). And finally I tried the emergence number of the hotel. Someone answered but seemed annoyed that I would call asking help for that. But at least he gave a number who answered that time. It was very annoying and it's not acceptable such thing to happen in a hotel with that price.
It should have a 24 hours reception and a better trained staff. Other than that, the hotel is nice, good room and great pool and Jacuzzi.

Really nice property, lovely grounds couple of negatives was as the bedrooms are on the access side to other rooms it can be noisey and you get woken up by other guests returning from their night out. The other thing was 3 mornings we had very little water or none when the pool man arrived so a bit frustrating when you are in the shower. Apart from that staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back later in the year.

Just what we were looking for! Rooms and amenities were in pristine condition - the cleaner was doing a wonderful job. Bit of a rocky check-in, the cleaner really ought not to have had to take on both jobs at once, but aside from that we had a great time.

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite.
Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it unfortunately

Great location and very clean. The staff was excellent.

Cozy place with the most welcoming staff and a chill vibe. Comfortable rooms and very quiet area, but only a 7 minute walk to the famous Yumbo and very close to the Beach as well. A bit expensive, but would highly consider coming back.!

Friendly and helpful

Very clean and relaxed property. Very close to the beach and local shopping centres with a 15 min walk to the Yumbo. Not the easiest place to find your way back to after a night out but that's more about me than the accommodation. Light breakfast left at the door each day was excellent. Very nice.

To spend a few days in a relaxed atmosphere , good location and very kind staff , that is always on the alert to satisfy your needs.
