Pros:

a charming well located hotel, not too busy, easy to relax (with the pool and the jacuzzi) and an amazing, super nice staff (special mention to Alejandro and Rodrigo who really made us feel more than welcomed) ! definitely coming again :)

Cons:

a bit too expensive (but worth it nonetheless) !

Es la tercera vez que voy y abra una cuarta,la comodidad de la habitación,piscina y jacuzzi y la atención de Alejandro siempre dispuesto a ayudarme en todo te lo hace mas fácil,Alejandro es el miembro del equipo mas amable,servicial y simpático sin menospreciar a los demás pero en los días que estuve allí el siempre me llamaba a la puerta por si necesitaba algo,estoy deseando volver,aparte esta muy buen ubicado cerca de yumbo y playa del ingles,si me hicieran un descuento por ir por cuarta vez estaría encantado jeje pero me conformo con la ayuda de Alejandro

Exceptional resort in Playa del Ingles.
Pros:

Everything…it’s exceptionally well managed with all needs catered for.
Breakfast, pool, drinks, snacks, sun loungers…..all superb. Special mention to Alejandro….nothing was too much trouble for him, and he made our stay even more comfortable. I would highly, highly recommend this resort.
Definitely 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Bardzo dziękuję Rodri i Inma za cudowny pobyt - jesteście cudowni. Pełni uśmiechu, pomocni w każdej sprawie - nie mogę się doczekać ponownego przyjazdu do Was. Poza tym Bardzo komfortowe, czyste pokoje i cały obiekt w doskonałej lokalizacji, bo wszędzie jest blisko - szczerze bardzo polecam to miejsce. Miłym zaskoczeniem jest woreczek ze śniadaniem codziennie zostawionym na drzwiach pokoju - to naprawdę bardzo miły akcent z Waszej strony. Każdy kto tutaj przyjedzie będzie wracał ponownie z uśmiechem na twarzy. Do zobaczenia wkrótce :) Pozdrawiam. Tomasz

A great place with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Staff was great- friendly and helpful - Rodrigo even drove us to a venue when our taxi didn’t show up. The room was great - albeit a little small for all our luggage- with direct access to the pool. Pool surrounds were relaxing and private.

Todo. Cama cómoda, piscina climatizada, tranquilo, cerca del Yumbo y de la playa, limpio, parada de bus cerca, si alquilas coche el aparcamiento es fácil, y sobre todo muy bien atendido por Rodri e Inma que te hacen sentir en casa. Incluye un desayuno de cortesía bastante completo.

El descanso y relax perfecto en un ambiente perfecto
Pros:

La tranquilidad y el ambiente y el personal muy atentos, Raúl, Rodri e Inma muy atentos y con las labores de limpieza a la perfección, mención especial para Rodri que estuvo siempre atento a todo en todo momento con todos los huéspedes.
