If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Único ponto positivo é a localização que fica bem perto de tudo na Lapa, isso nos permitiu uma fácil locomoção pelo bairro ..
Funcionária da recepção mal educada, chegamos e estava um calor infernal onde o ar condicionado central estava com problema, o frigobar do quarto não gela e todos os dias tivemos importunação de algum funcionário batendo na porta ou entrando sem avisar gerando uma situação de constrangimento. Sinceramente não recomendo esse hotel e estou profundamente decepcionado pois é um hotel de bandeira com nome mundial, porém essa unidade da Lapa deixa muito a desejar em qualidade.
