Staff and breakfast were great. Room 303 is really bad.
Pros:

Breakfast and front desk staff.

Cons:

My room was full of mold. Washroom was disgusting. Smelly and moldy. Air conditioning leaking water near the light switch and had lots of spider net beside it.
Queen bed had no top sheet, only bed sheet which was smaller than the bed so they used two small ones.
Accessibility from main entrance is zero. There was no ramp for my brother’s wheelchair. Two steps to get inside the hotel.

Horrível mesmo
Pros:

Hotel jogado as traças, carpete extremamente sujo e fedido, banheiro fedendo a carniça e a limpeza do quarto bem ruim. Troquei de quarto três vezes. A Pior experiência da minha vida, de verdade, não estou exagerando!

O hotel é bem localizado, rua principal, fácil acesso, funcionários gentis, bom café da manhã, quartos espaçosos

Cons:

Não sei se é algo pontual do quarto em que fiquei mas o chuveiro era PÉSSIMO, mal caía água, demorava mais de 1min para aquecer, e poderia haver um cobertor melhor. Além disso precisei do secador de cabelo e por 3x a recepção procurou e não encontrou um para ceder. Pontos a serem melhorados.

Sem nenhuma consideração após reserva confirmada com compra de R$ 0,00, no dia do hospedagem na chegada ao check in foi informado que a reserva havia sido cancelada, por falta de pagamento sendo que o pagamento deveria haver sido feito no check in como foi orientado
Nunca tinha sido tratado assim, hotel de quinta categoria, não recomendo, funcionários mal educados, sim explicações, sem conhecimento do assunto e sem solução

Gosto da localização do hotel, do café da manhã e da limpeza.

Cons:

Não havia, desta vez, lanche para os participantes da meia maratona, como já ocorreu em uma de minhas estadas no hotel. Creio ser um pequeno gesto, ma que fará diferença no atendimento.
