Pior hotel que estou hospedada; uma decepção. Acabei de fazer meu check-in, quarto ok, mas o ar condicionado só faltava voar de tão barulhento. Pedir para trocar de quarto e me colocaram num pior ainda, nem lê o cartão do quarto para ligar as luzes e tal, pedi mais uma vez para me trocarem, e pela terceira vez, me colocaram em um quarto agora todo mofado, frigobar não funciona, banheiro cheio de cabelo, um horror. Estou decepcionada e vou buscar meus direitos, pois não foi isso que fechei no booking. Um absurdo! Não me hospedei no quarto que fechei. Tô indignada
