Cons:

The car park is an additional £10 per night which isn’t mentioned when you book. You have to walk through the restaurant to get to car park which is odd.

very good bar staff and a great pizza!
Pros:

location great bar staff( man) very friendly and helpfull

Cons:

no chance of an upgrade not even a mention from the reception , there was only 6no of us in the bar that evening plenty of spare rooms , my room very clean but the smallest single bed i have slept in .

Was wanting Seaview unfortunately nothing available ....a small choice of breakfast would of been goid as thought bit overpriced so went with grandson for 2 breakfast for £9 for both ...anyway stayed few times ..be goid if got a good deal in summer with sea view thanks 😊

the property was right on thw sea front and near the local pubs, shops etc

Cons:

we were in a room that had an adjoining door to the next room and the shower cubicle was hard to get into as the glass panel was fixed and we had to manoeuvre around it

Unexpected charges/ bond fee

On arrival the staff member was alittle rude. When she told me parking was an extra £10 plus id have to pay an extra £40 on top as a holding fee ( incase we requested any room orders) the £40 was placed back on my card. When checking out. I was informed ALL THESE EXTRA FEES / HOLDING MONEY was on BOOKING. COM. YET I DIDNT SEE ANY OF IT. so either she isnt honest or its IN SMALL PRINT ( not great under the Eqaulity Act 2010) had i known. We would of booked into another one we knew that provided FREE PARKING. if places charge for parking. IT SHOULD BE SECURE. not have warnings its my responsibility! The check out staff was lovely, as was the staff thoughout the night. X

Pros:

Not far from town centre..just over road from sea front + was able to get a free parking space just outside hotel

Cons:

Turned heating off in bedroom was still to hot this was in winter ..lift was out of order so lots of steps to go up n down ..not good with a bad hip n knee..
