طاقم الاستقبال لطيفين ومتعاونين، ومكان الفندق ممتاز جداً بجانبه الكثير من المقاهي والمطاعم و امامه Morecamble Beach من افضل الشواطيء اللي زرتها في بريطانيا

Cons:

طرق الباب الساعة 11 وربع صباحاً للإخبار بأن الcheck out الساعة 12 ظهراً
لا حاجة للإبلاغ الكل يعرف انه الساعة 12 ظهراً لابد أن يعمل check out ويخرج من الفندق

Relaxing break before continuing our holiday
Pros:

Room had a superb view over Morecambe Bay and over to the Lake District. Easy access to the Prom. Breakfast well cooked with good quality ingredients. Room service was good and the fish and chips delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Member of bar staff carried our cases to our room when the lift wasn't working when we checked in.

Cons:

The lift didn't work when we arrived and I found it difficult to access our room.

Friendly staff great position. Lovely food. Dedicated parking space.

Cons:

3 night stay Room wasn't serviced but think our fault didn't realise had to put out 'service room' label on door. Wasn't really a problem should have asked for some clean towels on Second morning

Pros:

Excellent, I wanted something not listed on the menu & they were so accommodating.

Cons:

The bed is very swishy, would rather a firmer bed but not the end of the world.

Clean tidy and good location
Pros:

The hotel location is great as right on the front of the promenade however we really thought that when we arrived we'd be getting a room with a sea view however,we were at the back looking out on to a yard which was quite noisy for a few hours that evening and the bed room window wouldn't shut so room was very cold .

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but thought there's be lots more choices ..... Didn't like been at back of hotel as we'd booked a room with seaview as love coming to Morecambe....

Ticked all the boxes for an overnight with no hassle, would stay again
Pros:

I was happy overall to stay and had no real issues. Slight inconvenience not being able to get a key before 3pm so I had to return to get it.

Cons:

We did not want access to the room before 3pm but the hard no check in before then did mean I had to go away for an hour and come back changed my schedule slightly for the day. No big deal and the stay was fine so all good.
