Central in Morecombe, beach and promenade straight across the street. Staff friendly, room clean, spacious and comfortable.
No dislikes regarding our stay there.
The best thing out my stay was Jackie who greeted us on reception, very polite, professional and knowledgeable and welcoming which was the perfect greeting after a long journey, Jackie is a great credit to the hotel. I hope management acknowledges her service. The property has a lift which was very welcoming after a long journey on a hot day, rooms was clean and had a tower fan, iron and ironing board, complimentary tea and coffee and biscuits and plenty of lovely fresh white towels, cannot comment on food as we ate out
Short stay due to the hotel we originally booked giving our room to someone else. Arrived at 11pm left at 8 am
The room was very good, clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were meeting friends so cannot comment on the food.

Great Location overall appearance was good
Well the interaction with staff Friday afternoon was basically brutal she really destroyed the holiday mood very blunt. I won’t except it’s warm weather because lovely cool at reception. The people before had issues with her then me then the couple behind me experienced same welcome…… oh I mean no welcome.
Then add the £50 extra payment topped it off daily interest scam you have. Room was nice but shower was either to warm stand under then hot then practicaly fire. Asked another member of staff for maintenance personnel and not at weekends as I was wondering what do I asked wouldn’t you like my room number? The shock on her face like it’s a struggle. Plus didn’t write down so showers for two nights didn’t happen.

Bed was super comfortable
Staff were quite off hand, hotel was ridiculously hot even with a fan, need to be able to open windows more than an inch. Would be nice to have some rooms with baths.
The view from the bedroom was fantastic looking to the lakes
Rooms are tired need something doing to them curtains had holes in them , rooms need better sound proofing you can hear people moving around , moving chairs , it looked very dated which is par for the course along that road
Menu very disappointing, for a place like this , Breakfast plenty of staff in but still had to go find some one to order it .

Spent nearly £700 on a room that didnt have a fridge, a medicore fan, no air con, the room was smaller than expected and because it was a hot weekend i fried in the heat, thought the hotel room was very poor

Suprise deposit when arrived not clear on booking page. Needs to be made more clearer. Residents. Next rooms banging doors very loudly all night. Shouting in hall way at 3 in morning hardly slept. Not nice stay at all. Will not stay again
