Breakfast was a farce . No seats available nor food. Eventually food appeared. When we left there were 10/12 people waiting for food.

Het diner s avonds in de bar was wel heel lekker.
De hygiëne van de kamer was prima.
Het hotel en kamer waren kil en koud (oktober), het ontbijt was gewoon een schande!
Oud brood en croissants, we hebben hier een opmerking over gemaakt ter plaatse en meer dan "ik zal het zeggen aan de chef" kwam er niet.
De manager was nergens te zien en het hotel + bar werd gerund door hele jonge werkkrachten.
Ze deden wel hun best maar misten maturiteit.

Zimmer bedürfen langsam einer Renovierung. Die ganze Nacht über gab es deutliche Geräusche von der Heizung. Für die Grösse des Zimmers hätte es auch gerne ein Kingsize Bett geben können

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this place. The location right by the loch is absolutely fantastic. Check-in was quick and easy right at the bar, and we were personally shown to our room, which definitely lived up to expectations with a beautiful loch view. The bathroom was excellent, featuring a Jacuzzi Bath, powerful shower with both normal and rainfall heads. The room also included convenient tea and coffee facilities, alongside a TV with Netflix—though it is worth noting it may not work if you have an ad-supported subscription. For dinner, we ate at their attached pub, which had a great selection of food, beers, and drinks. In the morning, we opted for the continental breakfast, but a full cooked option was also available. Overall, the staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making it a wonderful experience from start to finish.

The hotel reminds me of a Scandinavian type of lodging with its small windows in the bar . The food on the evening was excellent , plenty of parking and wonderful views . Hotel staff were great and very friendly.
The Scottish breakfast was a disappointment, the sausage was cheap crap , the egg was over cooked , the bacon not good however the haggis and black pudding fine . My breakfast was not cooked by a professional chef that’s for sure . They need more staff on at breakfast the poor lassie was run off her feet .
The beer was over priced .

Lovely location and an easy and pleasant journey from the hotel to where we were going (Callander and Loch Katrine). Very comfortable, spacious and well presented room with a view of the loch (see pic). All very clean. Plenty of free parking. We ate in the bar and the mac and cheese was very good.
Quite a limited menu, especially for vegetarians but as we were only there a couple of nights it wasn't a problem.

Personeel was niet al te vriendelijk. Hygiëne was niet top en vooral de bedden waren doorgelegen en te zacht. Teveel betaald voor hetgeen je krijgt. Jammer want de locatie is wel mooi.

Ubicació excel·lent davant del llac. Habitació molt comfortable i àmplia. Bona il·luminació, llit còmode, bona connexió a Internet, bany ampli amb bona potència d'aigua. Petit escriptori per si s'ha de treballar. Opcions d'esmorzar i sopar al propi hotel amb menjar molt bo i preus raonables. Val la pena pagar el plus per tenir una habitació amb vistes al llac. Pàrquing privat del mateix hotel. Personal molt agradable i servicial.
Hi va haver un parell d'aspectes de l'habitació que no estaven prou a punt quan vaig arribar, però ho vaig dir i de seguida ho van solventar amablement. En algun moment de més confluència el ritme del servei al bar restaurant pot ser una mica lent, però no és un problema: relaxa't i gaudeix de l'entorn, de les vistes i de l'ambient!
