Visiting for nostalgia purposes. Sorry to say it didn’t measure up to previous years.Food in bar was good , but severely understaffed.
On arrival no staff at check in , no sign to direct visitors where to check in . Not very welcoming or good first impression.

The location was amazing! Virtually all the staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the first morning.

Fabulous location, very large room and Lynn and her team went way beyond expectations to make the stay pleasurable. Lynn in particular was amazing. We hope to be able to return in the future.

Zimmertür hatte großen Spalt, dadurch waren Leute auf Flur zu hören.
Eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Zimmer wäre schön.
The room and the view were perfect.The hotel bar area had a pleasant atmosphere.The bedding was clean and the bed comfy.Breakfast was excellent,we chose the continental which was more than adequate.
Lovely position by the loch and everything was clean. Lots of space in the room and en suite. Friendly staff.

Booking had een verkeerde datum doorgegeven die afweek van onze bevestiging. Het hotel was vol. Met moeite hebben ze naar andere opties gebeld. We hebben een paar dagen later nog om een aantal mails gevraagd die booking nodig had om onze boeking terug te betalen. Na veel telefoontjes is dit niet gelukt. Steeds beloftes maar deze niet nagekomen,
