リーズナブルで必要十分。再訪あり
Pros:

山口県庁、市役所や博物館などに近い閑静な通りにあります。
宿泊施設自体はいわゆるカプセルホテルタイプですが他のフロアは通常のホテルのようでした。
今回は湯田温泉での飲み会に参加するために予約しましたが、あいにくの雨でタクシーを呼んでもらいました。2件ほど電話していただき無事配車してもらえました。
施設はコンパクトで必要十分で、アメニティもあり、通常の宿泊は問題ないと思います。

Cons:

部屋着がロッカーの中にあったのですが翌日着替えた際にどこに戻して良いかわからず、とりあえず他の方と同じく使用済みタオル入れの中に入れておきました。
朝だけでも良いので案内表示があると良かったかなと感じました。

値段はいいけど自分には合わなかったかな
Pros:

カプセルホテルの割には綺麗だったし広めの空間だった気がする。

Cons:

空調がうるさい。枕越しで振動も受ける程度なので、音に神経質な人は眠れないレベル。ノイズキャンセリングイヤホンをしても聞こえる。

まずまずかな
Pros:

建物が古い割には、掃除などきちんとなされてた感じがした。コインランドリーも使いやすく、そこで待てるようにイスが用意されてた。無料貸し出しの自転車や酸素カプセルなど工夫されてるのは良かった

Cons:

外観は古くても仕方ないが、室内の家具もそのまま古かったので残念に思った。
朝食がもう少し引きつけるものがあったら、と思うのと、お尋ねさせてもらったことの返信がなかったのが残念だった

Pros:

カードキーなのでフロントにいちいち預けずに済んだのが楽だった。

Cons:

大浴場がない。窮屈なユニットバスでシャワーや小さなバスタブでは疲れが取れない。湯田温泉外のホテルに比べると不利。
