Pros:

I stayed in Des Res Serviced Apartments for 7 nights. Friendly lady at reception upon arrival arranged check in quickly and her English is excellent.
Very clean apartment , spatious enough with big fridge, water kettle and microwave.
We enjoyed the New year fireworks in Bangkok from our balcony !
Many possibilities to eat in the neighbourhood, even a new Villa Market accompanied with many other restaurants on 500 m.
Only weak point: relatively far from bts, but songthaew, taxo or moto taxi available for very cheap price.

Pros:

It was a nice place, room was clean and comfortable. Only thing is check out time had to be arranged as there isn't always someone at the desk. But it wasn't a problem for us so it was a good stay.

High Value hotel but best if you have a car

We attended a conference in Bangna towers and had a trip to Mega Bangna/IKEA and the location was perfect, since we had a car. High value for the price you pay.

I arrived late night and need to check out early next day for some business. Woke up in the next morning sweating because no electricity. Took hours to fix - terrible! Very flat pillow, leftover bathgel in the container, unplugged frigde!!!
