Well worth considering just off Malioboro.
Pros:

As others have said, the rooms are not large, but adequate, whole floors are designated as smoking or non-smoking, excellent. Bathroom excellent too, clean, good water pressure and temperature controls worked. Fresh towels every day. Staff charming and very responsive. Location is perfect for Malioboro, Grab cars knew where it is. WiFi decent. Reasonable value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast is plentiful, and reasonable choice of Indonesian and Western food, but underwhelming in quality - not bad, but misses "good". Really, this is being a bit picky, but lets the overall experience down.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Am ersten Tag hatte ich ein offenes Buffet und für den zweiten Tag musste einen Tag vorher ein Gericht aussuchen und das wurde mir fürs Frühstück zur Verfügung gestellt.

Pros:

・マリオボロ通りに近く買い物に便利。
・スタッフの対応はとても親切。
・シャワーのお湯が出る。

Cons:

値段相応の設備ではあるが、
・液体石鹸がシャワーに壁付けされているが、洗面台にはないので、手を洗うときにわざわざシャワーのところに行かないといけない。
・これは海外では仕方ないが、シャンプーとコンディショナーはないので自分で持っていく必要がある。
・ドライヤーがない。
・ハンガーがポールに固定されているタイプで使いにくい。

Location very close to Malioboro

Cons:

With the price i expect something better, turn out its a very basic room like a cheap hotel. I double booked by mistake and they cannot return the money for the other room for me

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel malgré une mauvaise insonorisation (courante en Indonésie)
Pros:

Emplacement parfait à 2 pas de l’avenue principale
Piscine dans l’hôtel
Petite déjeuner très varié
Personnel très gentil

Cons:

L’insonorisation des portes inexistante, lié au manque de respect des autres clients qui parlent très fort à n’importe quelle heure du matin… on entend vraiment tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.
Dommage que la piscine ferme dés 18h

Excellent breakfast. Room was small.

Cons:

There was a leak under the wash basin.
Water in the the shower cubicle wasn't draining quickly, so getting a shower wasn't a great experience.
Both these were reported at the reception but none of those were sorted out while we were there.
Our room wasn't cleaned the next day until around 4pm next day.

Lokasi yang terjangkau dgn jalan kaki dr stasiun Yogyakarta dan Jl. Malioboro.

Cons:

Ada bbrp catatan penting selama kami menginap 1 malam di sana :

Dinding kamar mandi #816 dekat pintu berjamur, krg maksimal pembersihannya. Kaca pembatas kamar mandi penuh kerak. Jet spray utk toilet berjamur. Pdhl bisa dimaksimalkan lagi pembersihannya krn skrg jg banyak produk2 pembersih kamar mandi maupun penghilang jamur dan lime scale dijual.
Tissue toilet tdk ada, jd kami hrs minta refill ke Housekeeping yg sedang bersihkan kamar sebelah.
Sewaktu check in jg sisa sampah dr tamu sebelumnya lupa dibuang. Jd kami hrs bawa sendiri tempat sampahnya keluar dan minta tlg petugas housekeeping saat itu utk kosongkan tempat sampah.
Kami paham, kamar turn over tinggi pasca liburan, check in jg back to back, we're not going to blame the staff krn mereka kerja keras bgt, tp setidaknya (ayolah) "supervisor" bisa bekerja lebih baik dlm hal checking sblm release kamar utk dijual.

Female FDA shift pagi klo lagi capek tlg jgn dilampiaskan ke tamu check in ya. Siapa tau tamu jg udah capek di perjalanan. Senyum dan intonasi yg sopan bakal ngurangin rasa capek tamu yg dtg dr perjalanan jauh.

Ketika datang menunggu check in jg tdk ditawari utk menunggu di Lt.2 yg sudah disiapkan welcome drink di sana. Yg ditawari hanya tamu2 rombongan atau yg terlihat bawa mobil saja. Yg pesan hanya 1 kmr, dtg lebih dulu, menunggu kamar siap, tdk ditawarkan menunggu ke lt.2. Iri? Ngga. Tp harusnya pelayanannya bisa lebih baik dr ini.

Maaf terkesan rewel, tp setidaknya kami jujur dgn pengalaman kami untuk pelayanan yg lebih baik di kemudian hari. ☺️
Kami pasti akan datang untuk menginap lagi..
