Lobby kecil, banyak noda di sprai kasur dan saya harus minta ganti. 🙃

It was incredibly noisy. This hotel is nearby to a mosque, so the sound of recital from the mosque, especially in the early mornings, traveled to our room and disturbs our sleep. Furthermore the window pane was a thinly material, as such the sound of the vehicles was very loud. You could also hear footsteps and sound from next door and above you.
As for the bathroom, the sink is made of material that leave dirty and yulkish stain. So it made me feel very uncomfortable to use the bathroom.
The housekeeping also started their room cleaning very early at 5am. So we practically can hear all the noises they made, especially the closing and opening of doors that they made everytime they move from a room to another.
I and my family really suffered throughout our stay. We slept only around 3-4 hours every night because of the consistent noise and interuptions. It was a hell of 4 nights!!!Can't cancel and move to other hotel as we will only loose out on the money we had paid. It had ever happened to me before with other accommodation. The hotel refused to refund on unused nights.
So in the end, we had just continued our stay there with misery!

Het restaurant van het hotel was alleen maar open bij eetmomenten. De rest van de dag was het dicht

Kami menginap di lantai 5 ganti-ganti kamar sampai 4 kali. Dari mulai blower kamar mandi ga nyala sampe kran kamar mandi rusak. Padahal 3 hari yg lalu kami menginap di hotel dan lantai yg sama kamar berbeda. Keluhan kami sebelum check out sdh kami sampaikan. 3 hari kemudian kami ada ngedadak keperluan lg ke Bandung mengharuskan kami menginap lg di hotel yg sama biar dekat dgn acara kami. Dpt si lantai yg sama dgn kmrn tp kamar yg berbeda. Ternyata sama saja blower kamar mandi ga nyala dan kran kamar mandi rusak. Masa 1 lantai hampir semua sama keluhannya? Aap tidak pernah ada pengecekan sebelum customer complain terlebih dahulu? Kenyataannya sdh di complain pun ttp tidak ada perbaikan. Kalau dari keberhasilan hotel ini lumayan cukup bersih. Semoga di tingkatkan kembali pelayanannya

Kekedapan suara di kamar perlu ditingkatkan serta amenitis toiletris perlu ditingkatkan.

Kecepatan refill menu sarapan kurang cepat padahal tamu sedang ramai

TV Channel, sati kamar ada yg tdk mempunyai slot pintu, lubang intip di tengah pintu sudah longgar jadi tidak bisa di tutup,salah satu kamar ada hexos kamar mandi tdk berfungsi
