Pros:

V "Kaštánku" jsme bydleli již opakovaně, pro jeho skvělou polohu a vybavenost. Výhodou pobytu se psem byl pokoj v přízemí. Prostorný pokoj účelově vybavený. V domě je dostupná pračka se sušičkou i samostatná sušička.

Cons:

Poplatek za úklid. Uklidila bych důkladně ráda i sama.

Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal. Das Einchecken und die Kommunikation mit dem Betreiber war problemlos. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung, Möbel, Herd, Küche sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sind sie noch in Ordnung. Teilweise waren die Wasserhähne verkalkt und der Wasserdruck fehlte. Die Küche hatte leider keinen Backofen. Ansonsten war alles da. Die Schlafcouch war sehr hart und unbequem. Auch die Matratzen waren etwas hart.

Příjemný vánoční pobyt
Pros:

Dostupnost, všude je blízko. Ubytování je možné se psem, vyšší patra dostupná výtahem. Praktický a účelně vybavený apartmán. Příjemný přístup správce. V objektu je k využití pračka a sušička. Vysavač dostupný na každém patře.
Moc se mi líbily hodiny v našem pokoji a ubrus na stole :-)

Cons:

Poplatek za psa, ale chápu to kvůli úklidu.

Die zentrale ruhige Lage, die Größe des Appartements hat für uns genau gepasst, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit alles okay, Gastgeber bemüht.

Cons:

Es war am Abend sehr kühl und ungemütlich im Appartement, da noch nicht geheizt wurde.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein reizendes Appartment mit Blick auf den Park. Alles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr angenehm ist eine Abreise bis 11:00, da kann man am Abreisetag nochmals kurz die Therme besuchen.

Waren gute 3 Wochen
Pros:

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Haus Kastanie, der neue Besitzer gibt sich sehr viel Mühe Außen wie Innen alles noch besser zu machen, wir kommen in ca. 1. Jahr wieder , dann sieht alles noch besser aus schon wegen der kurzen Wege - zu Therme , und Einkaufen

Apartment im Zentrum in der Nähe eines Parks, 10 Minuten zum Thermalbad. Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hauses und Tiefgarage. Alles sauber. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet..

Very quiet area to live. Easy access to Austria, only 20 minutes to Schärding & 35 minutes to Passau
Pros:

The location is perfect next to the park and 5 minute's walk to the first Thermal Bath. The other Bath is a 10-minute walk.

Cons:

Some TV stations are fading out. I brought my Amazon Firestick so it really didn't matter that some TV stations were not working.

Great fun place in perfect location.
Pros:

I loved everything. The location was just right. The view was amazing. I will be back in May and can,t wait to do so again. The property was very clean and I felt at home.

Cons:

I just wished there would have been a small microwave or an oven, as was stated on Booking.com. It was not enough of an inconvenience to lower the score.
