Great place, great staff, great location
Pros:

Tokyo was the last stop of our trip before returning home, and we stayed at this hotel in January 2025. The room was tiny but comfortable and spotlessly clean. When I travel, the most important things for me are cleanliness and location, and this hotel completely met my expectations.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. During our stay, my husband lost his hat in the hotel and the staff kept it safely for us until we came back. On our last evening, our return flight was suddenly canceled, and the staff immediately helped us by finding another room where we could stay for the night.
The service was truly amazing and the team was extremely thoughtful. The location is also perfect, close to many services and very convenient.
I would really like to thank the hotel staff again for helping us so quickly when our flight was canceled. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

房間非常乾淨，2樓大眾浴池的環境也很乾淨，這次住了四天，整體很舒適，如果要求不要打掃房間的話，房務還會在門口掛上乾淨的毛巾，非常貼心！

飯店位置跟新日本橋只隔一條街，周圍很安靜，附近有一間全家，離神田站也不遠，走路大概7分鐘左右而已

Cons:

We ate dinner at the resturant 2 times and boht times I feel like being watched or scrutinized by the manager/supervisor (male), actually at beafast time as well (breakfast was a female supevisor). Other than that it was a great expeience. I stayed here befoe three years ago the hotel keep conditions pretty nice.

Pros:

Near quite a few JR and Subway stations. Just 1 stop from Tokyo Station.
Having an onsen in the hotel is a bonus.
Having a proper closet in the room.
Quite a few dinning options near hotel

Cons:

The pillow quite small.

Pros:

The location was perfect, it was very convenient as it was close to trains and walking distance to shopping district. We will stay again at this place for sure when we come back to Tokyo

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer. War schon sehr eng, aber das wussten wir vorher. Wenn man das einplant, kann man sich gut organisieren.
Es war trotzdem komfortabel (Betten waren sehr gut) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war super und der Onsen sehr erholsam.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Close to Nakiyama slope, good breakfast, clean and large rooms, helpful staff.

Cons:

A comfortable basic room with small bathroom, pretty expensive for what it is but to be expected during ski season in this location.
