Great location and clean hotel, but unclear child policies made the stay more complicated than expected.
Pros:

Great location and very convenient. The hotel met the cleanliness standards you expect in Japan, everything was well maintained and organized. The room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were polite and attentive, and check-in was smooth and welcoming.

Cons:

The main issue was with the child policy, which was unclear and inconsistent with what was shown on Booking at the time of reservation. The site did not clearly state that children 7 years and older require their own bed and cannot share. They even loaded their hotel website on my phone and showed this policy to me, and then we compared it to the one in Booking and yes they were the opposite.

We originally booked a room that was large enough for our family, but due to this policy, our 10-year-old was considered an adult. This left us without a sleeping option for him unless we booked an additional room.

The only solution offered was to reserve another room, which cost us about $250 USD for two nights. This also meant splitting the family across different floors, which was not ideal. I asked if we could simply pay an extra person fee for our child, but this was not accepted.

I understand policies may be strict, but some flexibility would have made a big difference, especially for a short stay. I rarely post a negative review but this time I believe it was warranted.

Cons:

朝食時に人気なのか、待たされることが目立った。ホールを2人で回していたが、回せてなかった印象。

La ubicación realmente está muy bien, cerca de la estación de tren central. Limpio estaba por supuesto, como todo Japón y el personal agradable.

Cons:

Pero aquí vienen los peros. Fue el Hotel más caro en todo nuestro viaje a Japón y sin embargo para nosotros fue el peor. Calidad-Precio muy mal. El desayuno horrible, no nos gustó nada. Hubiera preferido un buffet. El baño público en pleno 2026 y en un Hotel, mira, me da igual vuestra cultura, no soy un Yakuza y discriminarme por llevar tatuajes me parece fatal. La ducha se movía todo el tiempo, era pequeña con poco espacio y el bidé estaba al lado mojándose y siendo el peor de lejos de los que probamos. No te dejan agua porque supuestamente el agua de grifo esta filtrada. La televisión de adorno, no la podemos usar porque carece de YouTube o cualquier app que podamos usar nosotros. No tenemos espacio para dejar la ropa fuera de la maleta. No sé, son muchas cosas. Lo siento pero no nos gustó. Estuvimos cenando en el restaurante de allí y nos sentimos intimidados con los comensales que había, esos si eran Yakuzas manejando algo turbio no me jodas.

また利用したいホテル
Pros:

大浴場が気持ちよかった。
洗面と風呂が別々だったのが良い。
フェイスタオルが1人2枚あったのが良い。
建物、設備、室内が清潔感があり、良かった。

Cons:

素泊まりだったが、特には無かった。

Pros:

チェックイン前に荷物も預けられて良かったし、大浴場があって、旅の疲れもとれました。
朝食もバイキングではなかったけど、和食か、洋食が選べて丁度良い量の、朝食でした。お部屋も、シングルベッド3台ゆったりできました。

Cons:

お部屋に、ヘアードライヤーがなかったのが残念でした。フロントに連絡すれば良かったけど、何だか面倒くさくて、チェックインの時に、貸し出ししてくれたらと思いました。
