N Hotel

Would recommend to the staff to be more people friendly. Actually enjoy your work and do more relationship building with the customers. It seem very mechanical than genuine. It also seemed the team was there to please their supervisors during inspections and audits than with the people who were staying at your facility. The TV operation way to complicated…simplify. Cleaning of hall for inspection took top priority over room cleaning. Far too little breakfast items. Bartender was not able to mix many drinks requested. The room we stayed was in need of a refresh regarding condition. Towels were not the quality you would expect from a World Class hotel. Create more of an atmosphere of positive attitude than following strict rules to please management. It is all about pleasing the guests first! Over all very professionally trained personnel but no feeling of living what they were doing. Visit the bai Hotel in Cebu to truly understand love and passion for pleasing the guests as their number one objects. You have all the key principles in place but execute on a more customer friendly level. Good luck in the future!

I spent 26 nights there and loved it only sad thing was leaving for home.

It was our first time in the Philippines and we researched lots of hotels. The N Hotel was in a safe area, clean, the staff are AMAZING, and the rooms and area clean. It's important you understand that you'll need to take taxi's and all of them know where the N Motel is, and pickup/dropoffs are easier from there. The breakfast buffet is included and excellent, but DON'T expect American breakfast fare. It's definitely Philipino food (although they serve pancakes). Dinner there is good, but the prices are a bit high.

There are 4 restaurants within walking distance--fast food type places. Water from sinks isn't drinkable, but you can ask for water bottles from the front desk. OR you can visit local grocery and buy a 6 ML one.

This hotel is pricier than the others but, in my opinion, it's worth it.

Great and friendliest staff, excellent buffet breakfast and smart security for the complex.

We tried several hotels over the two weeks we were in the area. None came close to the N Hotel in style, cleanliness, modernity and class.

The hotel is nice looking and room clean and comfortable. However, if you take a child you have to pay for extra room towels, 80 php, food at breakfast and 350 for swimming with no towel. Ice also costs money after 1 bucket. The hotel is trying to save money and charges for things normally free at larger hotels. The location is 100php taxi ride from malls. The pool was nice especially for kids. Tables by the pool were uncomfortable to eat at because of flys from the area. Indoor dining was fine.

Travel with family. Amazing staff in every department. Great food. Room is minimal but clean and have great views of pool. Pool is excellent. Stayed 5 nights. Had 50 people over for daughters birthday and it was excellent. We have stayed here 5 times now and next visit to CDO we will stay again.

The management and staff were all very professional. The pool and gym were excellent!.The cleaning staff well trained.

Friendly staff, great food, pool. Just a very nice clean, affordable hotel.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Free breakfast buffet has different options for the 2 days that we were there. They only issue 1 key card which is also used to keep the electricity on in the room (Ac and lights). Bed covers/blankets are thin but its hot in the Philippines so its ok, just dont set your AC too cold ^;^.

What I did like was mostly everything. What I'm disappointed about is the fact that the strict rules was not placed when we book our room.

I understand the situation but we did not have fun really. It was inteded for get together of small group. Then it turns out they wouldnt let us have visitor.

Very sad :( also it was not refundable. Which is more sad.

Clean and very nice staff

Nice Hitel overall and staff are very accommodating. Enjoyed our stay on this hotel for sure l will book it again on my next visit in Cagayan de Oro.

Everything is fine until they ask too much charge to use the pool even if our family and friends are ordering drinks and cocktails. Pool charges should be consumable at least.

There were mosquitoes in our room and the breakfast food was not so good and worst was the fire alarm rang in the middle of the night.

No sleepers in the room. No Airport to Hotel shuttle

i have stayed there twice and am very happy with the staff and location great swimming pool and kids pool very clean staff are great i you go to cageyane deora great place to stay not far from the sm mall and not to far to get to the airport i would give this place a rating of 10
