Good quality stay, good location and clean hotel
Pros:

Breakfast: a wide variety,good quality and attentive staff.
Room: well appointed room,except the connecting rooms are not very sound proof. If you are wanting some rest after a long day, and neighbors happen to be loud, disrupt the peace.

My honest review
Pros:

Me and my hubby stayed during July 2026 and this august we came again and stay a lil longer.. All was great the staff, bell boy will always help around and bring our heavy stuffs into the room. We love the breakfast and infinity the most.. Quiet yet romantic atmosphere at the pool.. The housekeeper also did a great job.

Cons:

Room service for food not 24hrs.
Aircon sometime cold sometime not.
The worst is the wifi connection at tv. We on neflix and same problem again keep loading every time. I think management need to look into this. Wifi comnection to hp was great. Only the connection at tv cause its so frustrating.. 2nd time same problem connection again.

Pros:

The room is very dusty. Very poor service at the concierge. Since hotel expects foreign guests over the weekend, why not, do special check-in counter for Malaysians only or those who booked and paid thru web.
