A disappointing stay.

Near enough to KSL, so access to food and general amenities is good.

Cons:

For a hotel that's relatively new, it feels aged, what with the lobby decor and room general 'feel'.
Staff quality is something they really need to work on. To match up to their competitors, they need to groom their staff better- the gentlemen need to be in better-fitting blazers at least. Most notably, they need to sound like they're ok with answering calls. Called one at 430am and was given an irritated one-word answer (I asked which level the sahur venue/restaurant was). I couldn't understand him until the 3rd or 4th time.
Generally a disappointing stay, a far cry from other 4-star establishments I've been to.

Pros:

Check-in process was simple, staff were friendly. Room was excellent and clean, comfortable and clean bedding. view of the town was nice. Breakfast had a lot of items, but some food were so-so only. Huge dining room, and buffet style breakfast. Check-out was easy.

Cons:

Car park was old and narrow.
