Pros:

Convenience place shopping, restaurant and Grab. And friendly staff name Ms Dita front desk.we requested with bathtub she upgrade for us..And thank you to room attendant makeup our room clean n tidy. And room service food so good and delicious especially the mushroom soup I had for dinner.char kway teow sirloin steak .

Cons:

Room light not bright enough.so gloomy.cant do makeup properly.
Breakfast not so fantastic only had 1 time even we stay for 3days.no coffee machine just ready make coffee.no roti canal popular in malaysia. food finish never replenish 9.30am that time.Breakfast serve till 10.30am.

Holiday Villa - Convenience in downtown JB
Pros:

Location. KSL, good restaurant options (e.g. Korean), massage and pasar malam in walking distance. A good view from the pool area. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff were efficient, but surprisingly not very friendly.
