Le Luxe Residence

I’ve stayed here four times and have been pleased with each stay. The price is a good deal. It has good WiFi, clean rooms with comfortable beds. There are security cameras monitoring the hallways and rooms have a balcony.
It is located down a very quiet soi which makes it very peaceful at night. There is a small shop across the street that sells snacks and drinks. Each room has a refrigerator and the shower has good hot water. The only down side is the water takes too long to drain after a shower. This is common in Thailand, but still very annoying. I had a quarter inch of water in the bathroom all night.
Other than that a good stay.

Listed as a three star hotel, I is not, completely misled by wotif website. I took one look at the basic, shabby room after lugging my bags to the fifth floor, no elevator, and drove to decent hotel having done my money for two rooms. This is a flop house, not a hotel

Excellent location We need to stay the night to catch a flight out of Udon Thani to Bangkok. They even had a self service Landrymat with a dryer! Which is hard to find in Thailand

พนักงานบริการดี สุภาพอ่อนโยน เจ้าของใจดี บริการเป็นกันเอง และได้สิ่งที่ได้ร้องขอทุกอย่าง

ห้องใหญ่ดี สะอาด แต่ห้องน้ำมีสกปรกนิดหน่อย รับได้
ถ้าไม่มีรถส่วนตัว เข้าออกลำบากค่ะ ค่อนข้างไกลจากเส้นหลัก

This hotel was a let down. The staff were rude, bordering on hostile. The location was not very good without your own transport, and the room was just average.

no inside eating facilities, free coffee stops 12.00 AM. no outside place to sit, relax, smoke. Otherwise most acceptable

the level of service at the residence was superb, the staff were eager to please with any request such as places to visit or would arrange tuk tuk transport with one phone call and could recommend local restaurants for your enjoyment and I am looking forward to booking again in the very near future.

Easy walk to UD Town. About 20 minutes.
Happy to stay here when ever I visit again.

All the basic requirements in a clean semi-frilled budget hotel at an awesome price, 5 min Taxi or Took Took to the great modern night market by the railway station, Nice Lake setting with the free Chinese museum 10 min walk away.

Our room was clean and the was comfortable. Most important to us was wifi and it was strong and worked well. The place is a bit away from the main shopping area but songthow no.15 from the hotel will take you to the main road for 10bhat per person. The staff at the reception were courteous and lovely.

Overall I will rate the hotel as very good because it was in a quiet area near all the central attractions
