低価格の旅行には最適なホテルです。
Pros:

宿泊料金は低料金でしたが、バイキングの朝食が付いていてお得感が高いと思います。
部屋は狭めですがバス・トイレ等必要な設備はついていました。
スタッフは優しそうな方でした。

Cons:

駐車場が少し足りないようで、道路にはみ出して駐車している車両がありました。
昔はかなり栄えて居た街だった様ですが、現在の街はかなり寂れているような感じでした。

ホテル内で楽しむかホテルのある街を楽しむかによって評価が異なりますが自分は楽しめました。
Pros:

ホテルの設備は値段相当で特に不満もなく納得していました。夕食は近くのお店で済まそうと思って職員さんにお聞きしました。近くにレベルの高いお店が結構ありどれを選ぶか迷ってしまいました。大きなお店ではなくみんな程々の店なのですが覗いてみたくなるようなレベルでした。

Cons:

自分は一人部屋を頼んだの広さは覚悟していましたが冷蔵庫の置き場所がイマイチで不便でした。

コスパ最高の宿
Pros:

海外サイトからの予約で禁煙室を予約したが、当日フロントで予約は喫煙室になっていると言われたが、フロントの女性が臨機応変に空いている禁煙室との入替をしてくれました♪

それなりの古さを感じるのは仕方ないですが、きれいですしコスパ良いです。
