I liked the bedroom, and the hot and cold shower worked well.

Cons:

My family and I were disappointed with our stay due to several issues. We were informed via email that free terminal pick-up was included, which I confirmed three days in advance with our travel details. Because of this, we cancelled our family’s plan to pick us up in Tagbilaran. However, no one arrived, and we had to hire a van ourselves.
At check-in, the front desk provided us with breakfast vouchers for three, indicating that breakfast was included. We used these on our first day. On the second day, we were unexpectedly told that breakfast was not included and that we needed to pay—even for the first day. Although the first day’s breakfast was eventually waived upon checkout, we were still charged for the second day.
Additionally, after these issues, I reviewed the listed amenities and noticed that items such as slippers and a hair dryer were not provided in the room. When I requested them, I was told they were only available upon request, along with a shower curtain, which was also not initially set up.

Poor Customer Service
Pros:

Did not have a pleasant experience-- encountered an incident regarding security deposit that was not resolved in the end. The hotel manager Ariel, had a very strong personality. He was not easy to communicate with and did not have the willingness to see through the problem and help resolve it.

Giving feedback to the management team to help improve customer service.

Cons:

Furnitures are old. Aircon is noisy. Breakfast is not good. Took them long time to serve breakfast. They served cheap sweet instant coffee. Elevator not functioning. Far from the center. Not worth the price.
