Did not have a pleasant experience-- encountered an incident regarding security deposit that was not resolved in the end. The hotel manager Ariel, had a very strong personality. He was not easy to communicate with and did not have the willingness to see through the problem and help resolve it.

Giving feedback to the management team to help improve customer service.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and the hotel is not far from malls or airport (30mins from airport).

Room is smaller than shown in picture. Only one small blanket that barely feels like it fits in the bed. No hot water.

The shower has no curtain so if someone is using the toilet, they will also be having a shower at the same time haha.

Good value considering the price for the room.

The restaurant has good tasting food, but small portions.

The room is not what I expected. The bed is fine, the staff were nice, good, hospitable, and accommodating.

Staff is very good, mostly clean.

The hotel was past its best days. Staff were friendly but no tea or coffee or water to room, no tea in the restaurant either. Room was large and comfortable and clean.

A little far from downtown. No bath mat, but it’s needed. The bed was way way too soft. The sink was clogged. WIFI was very slow. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is OK. The rooms are dark needs more light as they only used recessed lighting probably only 3watts and has only 2 on the bed area and 1 at the sink area. They don’t have a complimentary water in the rooms also.

First of all the pics are meant to impress they are misleading at best. My king bed was 2 single mattresses on a plank wooden base. The internet is atrocious cutting on and off very inconsistent. The restaurant for breakfast was fine but I was given bad squid in my palabo and suffered with diarrhea and abdominal pain. I informed them about the bad squid they just say "Sorry Sir" Like that fixes everything. They also charge for water which i think is a real low class decision. Most decent hotels give you a couple bottles complimentary everyday.

Location was great! Needed a mini fridge with complimentary water!

Shower curtain filty😠

I have traveled all over the world and the Manager and other workers at Cesar's Place make this hotel my home away from home while in Bohol. They consistently go above and beyond what you would expect for service for such a reasonable price! They are not mind readers so occasionally if I have a special request I do have to ask but they are always very accommodating and super friendly. If you are traveling to Bohol contact them directly. They also have longer stays with and without breakfast. I have seen on some other booking sites they say some rooms are NO CHILDREN under 13 - but definitely contact the hotel directly as they said this was not really their policy.

Clean and new Hotel. Staff's are courteous. If you plan to be an LSI on this facility. They have good food but their services are limited. They dont also accept cards but they have bank transfers, bpi only.

Budget hotel close to the ferry in Tagbilaran. Rooms were a good size and fairly comfortable. They have a restaurant down stairs which is great since there not much else in the vicinity. Staff was helpful and friendly. Decent option if your are just transiting through but if you want more restaurants and bars while in Bohol then definitely look for something on Panglao island.

The place is very clean, neat and modern. The staff are very knowledgeable on our inquiries about the hotel and beautiful places we can visit. The staff are ready to offer transport facilities we need. Food are good and just enough for us to consume. It's a wholesome place to stay for families.

We booked a deluxe room for a family of 3, staff was great in assisting our day trip country side tour.
Pros: affordable and clean.
Cons: little bit far from seaport. No electric kettle for standard room.

Highly recommended for budget travel.

Absolutely terrible people. Let someone stay fraudulently on my account, when told, refused to cancel stay or even kick out the scammer.

If they are willing to steal from me, imagine what they are willing to do to you?

The photos online looked much better than the place in real life. Room was small and pretty dark like a prison cell with a small window, nothing like the photos. The hot water didn't work though there's a small heater above the shower. The AC was very noisy. Place was generally clean but it definitely was not what I expected.
