Our stay at the Orient Hotel in Bandarawella was truly exceptional. The breathtaking views, attentive staff, and recently renovated rooms in excellent condition made our experience unforgettable. The hotel's commitment to maintaining high standards truly enhanced our overall satisfaction. It was a fantastic stay that exceeded our expectations

Cons:

The hotel wasn't cleaned well. It was old and dirty looking. The pictures they have posted online do not showcase the actual place. The rooms and the location was different from what I imagined it to be. The location was noisy and busy. The price was too high for the facilities provided. Staff was not friendly.

Unfortunately noticed a poisonous centipede in shower room in midnight when I switched on the lights. That's made me feel negative about the safety of family

Hotel is ok, but not good as expected.
Pros:

Location, room size, room facilities are ok.

Cons:

There wasn't enough parking, So I parked my car near the road outside the hotel. I booked two rooms. One was good and other one was poorly maintained. The floor exposed many cracks and very odd experience to our family.

Pros:

The rooms are clean & spacious. Friendly staff with great service. There was not a huge spread of food but the food was delicious. Walking distance of Bandarawela town. Highly recommended.

Pros:

From the moment of check in to check out, I had a wonderful stay at orient hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and the food was delicious. Special mention must be made to the GM Mr. Chandima who was always on the scene and attentive to our needs. We were also provided with a Trek to Ella Rock accompanied by hotel staff and a packed hotel lunch which was an incredible experience I would highly recommend. Overall was a great visit and will definitely be staying here again next time I visit.
