Really great value for people like us flying in or out of Vietnam via Hanoi.
Pros:

We had a big, clean room with a great shower and great bed. The staff made a few mistakes but they were always friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help. The main street of Noi Bai is 5-10 mins away and has a few cafes and restaurants if you need to get out a bit. And of course the price is great.
It was also convenient that the bus service from Sapa dropped us off at the airport and the hotel is about a 5-min drive away

Nous y avons séjourné qu'une nuit. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
Pros:

L'emplacement car à quelques minutes de l'aéroport. Il y avait un transport pour l'aéroport gratuit , ce qui est bien pratique. Le déjeuner était très bon. Une très grande chambre.

Rien. C'était parfait.

Cons:

Shower went hot and cold all the time. Bed was a little soft for me, but that's just a personal preference (I like my mattresses very firm!)

Suficiente para pasar una noche entre vuelos.
Pros:

Necesitábamos un hotel para pasar la noche entre vuelos. El hotel está situado muy cerca del aeropuerto y te recogen y te llevan gratis. Aunque la primera impresión al llegar al hotel no es la mejor, las habitaciones son espaciosas y están limpias. Suficiente para pasar una noche.

Prima e durante il soggiorno abbiamo chiesto piu volte un check out tardivo, due ore dopo il consuento e se ci fosse un sovrapprezzo da pagare, ma nessuno ci ha dato risposta. Per tutta la permanenza nell albergo, dove non abbiamo nemmeno usufruito della colazione poiche era inesistente, abbiamo dovuto farci la doccia senza acqua calda e con poca acqua corrente. Al momento del check out alle h 14.30 invece che alle 12.30, ci hanno detto che avremmo duvuto pagare metá tariffa in piu dell intero soggiorno e che avremmo dovuto pagarci la navetta aereoportuale. Avevamo scelto questo albergo anche per la navetta gratuita compresa nella prenotazione ma ci é stato detto, una volta pagata la struttura che avremmo dovuto provvedere al pagamento della navetta di tasca nostra.

It was a 6 minute car ride from and to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and nice, spoke good english.
The area is very local, it was hard to find a place to eat… but we managed.
They offer a free taxi ride to the airport, also early in the mornings, so nice!!!

Cons:

Huge bathroom which was all glass door so you could see into the bathroom from the room. This is not something bad perse but we thought it was a very weird design….
It could be cleaner tho, the floor had a lot of hairs on it, as well on the bed. The tv was left of the bed. We didnt use it but also this was pretty weird to us.
The neighborhood was a little dark and gloomy, especially at night. The hotel matched this vibe
