Pros:

The staff installed a new bed for our child in the family room 15min after I inquired how we could sleep 4 people with a king bed and a single bed.

The staff is very very nice and customer oriented

Pros:

That was the worst and dirtiest place we ever stayed so far. Windows dirty, floor dirty, linnen barely clean - disgusting.
Bathroom needs desperately a deep clean.

Quite ok..
Pros:

I stayed in superior room.. But it is next to the road and so noisy. I asked for room change but to no avail. The room is clean and spacious. Water pressure was good. Easy access to the shops nearby. Only let down was the noise. They should've Anti-noise glass.

Pros:

Very good hotel considering Jerantut is a very small town. Very clean and the staff are very friendly. The hotel location is very close to the train station, and there are supermarket and restaurants nearby. The NKS travel agency is just across the road if you are going to Taman Negara.

Hotel with suitable price.
Pros:

Rooms was not that spacious but it is occopuied for 3-4 person. Wifi was amazing. Affordable food in the restaurant for dinner. Air condition was superb. Breakfast just nice, not toom many but simple variety is there.
