Great location but otherwise needs improvements
Pros:

Great location and the room overall was good.

Cons:

Some of the staff members were terrible - I organised a taxi to pick us up at the train station in the evening and they got the timing wrong even if I specified exactly when we were arriving so we had to get to the hotel by ourselves at night time.

The air-conditioning in the room was not working when we arrived and it was really hot (it had been around 35 - 38 C that week) so we slept really badly that first night as they couldn't move us to a different room and just told us to open the windows but this did nothing. Thankfully it was repaired the 2nd day but it ruined our first night there as we couldn't sleep properly in such a heat.

Also the pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable to sleep on!

Lastly the communication with the staff was very poor throughout our stay. They seemed to speak English ok but still somehow didn't understand what we were asking and didn't keep us updated on the air conditioning situation either. One of them seemed to only care if we hired an acquaintance of his as a tour guide and not the actual issue we had with the air con!

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bilder weichen von der Realität ab. Frühstück gab es an einem Tag kaum noch was, weil wir etwas später dran waren.

Pros:

Прекрасная локация, старый город тут же, аутентичная атмосфера, в солнечные дни красиво солнышко освещает входные двери, коридоры через ажурные окошки и витражи, красивые потолки

Cons:

В жизни смотрится проще, чем на фото, при чем стоит немного до ума довести ремонт и станет в разы лучше, ванную комнату бы отремонтировать и напор воды слабый совсем, и завтраки скудные и в ресторан проходишь как будто через подсобные коридоры

Beautiful room and amazing location. Lack of flexibility with guests.
Pros:

Amazing room.
Great location

Cons:

Breakfast was not very nice and did not look like the pictures, was inside rather than courtyard, looked like it had been served the day before.
Lack of flexibility with staff - would not let us amend booking which we tried to do due to flight cancellation from Bukhara, could have been more accommodating here so we paid for second night despite leaving a day early. Did source a driver to get us to airport however tried to charge us cancellation fee when we found alternative route, we had not agreed to pay a deposit for the car.

Pros:

A two minute walk to the main pond/square in Bukhara and on the main road so felt safe.

The beds were comfortable, the WiFi good and the room a good size. The buffet breakfast was good.

Cons:

Staff weren't helpful nor particularly friendly. They wanted paying in cash and were quite pushy about it.

The courtyard looks a lot better on the pictures and in reality wasn't a place you would really sit.

The breakfast room was a bit sad, but the food was good.

Our room was next to the main road so a bit noisy.

Lovely stay in the centre of Bukhara
Pros:

Very pretty hotel in a fantastic location to explore Bukhara old town. Comfortable and spacious rooms, nice breakfast spread and friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a mix up with our transfer from the train station, but the staff were very apologetic and helped us with an alternate taxi from the station. I would definitely stay again but probably wouldn’t use their transfer service.
