Pros:

Garbage shitty place

Will not recommend it at all does not worth a penny
power went off middle of the day
No heat
No hot water
Shitty breakfast with basically nothing
Night shift reception guy was trying to brake in to my room o caught him and made him call the owner for explanation
Apparently “manager” over the phone were trying to give me some bullshit story I did not buy it and told them will make police report if the owner will not show up within 20 minutes
He came and apologized was trying to make his employees to apologize but I told him will not except it and not I’m not the person who put someone in jail because what happened.
Guys just from my own experience do not waste your money with this shitty place it does not worth it at all
Very dishonest do not believe any pictures especially with breakfast nothing close what’s showing in pictures
Small boutique hotel with 10 rooms all furniture beat up
All towels and linens are yellowish color need to be replaced long time a go

Pros:

The room was very nice, with beautiful furniture and a modern bathroom.
The position is great.

Cons:

The room was so hot that was impossible to sleep.
We couldn't open the windows because we were on the ground floor overlooking a common courtyard.

Beautiful, luxurious and comfortable. Close to all the sights!!
Pros:

I genuinely think this is one of the best hotels I've EVER stayed at. Because of the beautiful rooms, yes but also because it has really woven BUKHARA into every element of the stay. The room had a lovely big bathtub in the room (they upgraded our stay for a day because we were on our honeymoon) and our original room - the deluxe room was also brilliant. Special props to the staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - the wonderfully helpful and kind Aydar and the lovely lady at the front desk whose name I'm forgetting (her name starts with N - Ms. Nazneen?). Thank you so much for a lovely stay. Oh and while the breakfast options are limited, I think it was the best samsa I've eaten in all of Uzbekistan (Tashkent and Samarkand too).
Ooh and another bonus - the hotel is right in the middle of the old city - so you're literally walking distance from all the sights!

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. 10/10 stay!!

Terrific 3 night stay!
Pros:

My husband and I spent 3 lovely, deeply restful nights here celebrating our 24th anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and completely charming in design and layout. We had a spacious room and a huge corner tub in our bathroom. The location couldn't be better for exploring the ancient beauty of Bukhara. The welcoming young man who works the night shift was extremely helpful and kind (I'm so sorry I can't remember his name). Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with excellent cappuccinos! We highly recommend the Kukaldosh.
