Night shift reception guy was trying to brake in to my room o caught him and made him call the owner for explanation
Apparently “manager” over the phone were trying to give me some bullshit story I did not buy it and told them will make police report if the owner will not show up within 20 minutes
He came and apologized was trying to make his employees to apologize but I told him will not except it and not I’m not the person who put someone in jail because what happened.
Guys just from my own experience do not waste your money with this shitty place it does not worth it at all

Small boutique hotel with 10 rooms all furniture beat up
All towels and linens are yellowish color need to be replaced long time a go
A wonderful hotel in the heart of Bukhara! The location is perfect, just a few steps from Lyabi-Khauz and the vibrant old town, making most attractions easily accessible by foot. The interior design of the hotel is charming and true to the local culture. The staff was kind, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was rich and delicious.

Beautiful hotel located near (walking distance of) all the sights of the old city. The rooms are very spacious and pleasantly clean, wonderfully cool, quietly situated, and fully equipped (bathrobe, hairdryer, shower, bath, safe, iron, plenty of closet space). The bed is delightfully soft (most beds in Uzbekistan are quite hard, so this was certainly a very pleasant surprise), and they have a beautiful, authentic appearance. The staff speaks good English and is very happy to help; Aziza is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was extensive, with both Uzbek and Western options to choose from. The hotel also offers a transfer to and from the station, which is incredibly nice considering the alternative is a storm of unruly taxi drivers wanting to take you to the center at extortionate prices. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay; highly recommended!
The location is outstanding, the chef produced a tasty and substantial breakfast and the room with the bath was beautiful.
The air conditioning was very noisy which was disruptive at night and also temperamental. The service at front desk was also very curt and minimal on two of the days.

We wanted milk for our tea, we had to buy it from a shop on the street.
A bit basic with no room service, probably because of so many restaurants nearby, but when we arrived, we were exhausted and just wanted room service and sleep, but we had to order delivery from a nearby restaurant as this establishment had no room service
Great location, just outside of the main tourist stretch, making it easy to walk in, but also allowing for us to escape the busier parts at the end of the day. The property itself was beautiful and comfortable
Breakfast was basic but some things like cottage cakes were tasty and the melon was nice
The AC in the near room was very noisy constantly switching on and off didn’t sleep well

The breakfast offering could definitely be improved. Staff could be a little more engaging but not an issue overall!
Great location and the room overall was good.
Some of the staff members were terrible - I organised a taxi to pick us up at the train station in the evening and they got the timing wrong even if I specified exactly when we were arriving so we had to get to the hotel by ourselves at night time.
The air-conditioning in the room was not working when we arrived and it was really hot (it had been around 35 - 38 C that week) so we slept really badly that first night as they couldn't move us to a different room and just told us to open the windows but this did nothing. Thankfully it was repaired the 2nd day but it ruined our first night there as we couldn't sleep properly in such a heat.
Also the pillows were rock hard and uncomfortable to sleep on!
Lastly the communication with the staff was very poor throughout our stay. They seemed to speak English ok but still somehow didn't understand what we were asking and didn't keep us updated on the air conditioning situation either. One of them seemed to only care if we hired an acquaintance of his as a tour guide and not the actual issue we had with the air con!

Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bilder weichen von der Realität ab. Frühstück gab es an einem Tag kaum noch was, weil wir etwas später dran waren.
Прекрасная локация, старый город тут же, аутентичная атмосфера, в солнечные дни красиво солнышко освещает входные двери, коридоры через ажурные окошки и витражи, красивые потолки
В жизни смотрится проще, чем на фото, при чем стоит немного до ума довести ремонт и станет в разы лучше, ванную комнату бы отремонтировать и напор воды слабый совсем, и завтраки скудные и в ресторан проходишь как будто через подсобные коридоры
