Pros:

This resort is very pretty and very well kept. The staff were great and rooms lovely. The beds were hard but that's better than too soft. The reason for overall rating tho was the very loud music, from a bar I think, right across the creek. It was thunderous. I am not sure it is every night. We asked to be moved further away and staff accommodated.

Pros:

Very nice northern Thai style room. Massive old looking furniture (that's a compliment), wooden floor. And modern comfort such as air con, good light etc. Spacious shower room.
Very nice and kind staff. No one speak english but google translate helps.
You definitely need a car or motorbike to go anywhere from here.

Beautiful resort in the middle of rice fields.
Pros:

This is such a peaceful quiet place. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were nicely appointed with teak furniture. Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit eggs and ham with toast and jams. I would definitely recommend it. But beware the gps link on Hotels.com takes you 14 minutes away to the middle of the rice fields. Google Big C in Nan and you'll see Apirata Resort right behind it.
