La gentilezza dello staff e la posizione ottima. Acqua, caffè e tè a disposizione 24/24. Colazione abbondante.
Insonorizzazione un po’ scarsa. Inoltre, consigliamo di indicare i vari ingredienti dei piatti presenti nel buffet della colazione.
Location - perfect, a lot of attractions are reachable by foot.
The hotel is in old wooden house, so each step of another guests walking up the stairs or other guests walking upstairs our room.
It can be cleaner in the bathroom, but the room cleaning was done every day.
Breakfast is very very simple, same options each day, but home made pancakes were very delicious!
Overall very good option if you are coming for few days and prefer exploring the city by foot.
La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la ciudad, está a pocos pasos de la mezquita azul pero en una calle tranquila. La habitación muy limpia y cama cómoda. El personal muy amable, nos recomendaron restaurante para comer y sitios para visitar. Siempre dispuestos para todo.

Je suis parti en famille passer une semaine à sultanahmet à l'hôtel mataraci konak dans une chambre familiale, c'était propre changement de literie et serviettes tous les jours, petit déjeuner varié, et le personnel était sympathique disponible et de bon conseil. Merci à tous le monde. C'est un hôtel que je recommande bien situé on peut tout visiter à pied mosquée bleue aya sophia château tokapi grand bazar et plein de restaurant.
L'emplacement : à 2 pas des sites emblématiques de la ville, et calme en même temps
La chambre : suffisamment grande et lumineuse
La vue depuis notre petit balcon : mer au loin et surtout petite Sainte Sophie (mosquée) juste à côté

Hotel je izuzetno čist, uredan i udoban, a osoblje jako ljubazno, profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Atmosfera je prijatna, lokacija odlična, a usluga na visokom nivou. Sve pohvale za cijeli tim. Svima preporučujem ovaj hotel. 😊

purtroppo l'unica cosa un po' problematica sono le scale interne molto strette; ma basta fare un po' di attenzione!
Очень уютный отель, милый интерьер в номере, чувствуешь себя, как дома. Круто, что деревянная мебель и дерево в отделке, это очень понравилось. Здорово, что есть холодильник и кондиционер, которым можно быстро обогреться.

Очень приятный персонал, отдельное спасибо Ибрахиму и Майе за добродушное, заботливое отношение. Влюбилась в Майин омлет и ленивый Наполеон. Ибрахим помогал по всем вопросам.
Классное расположение, в сердце старого города, но при этом на тихой улице.
Довольно высокая слышимость в номерах, но плюсы сглаживают этот недостаток.
Живые цветы на балконе были бы более гармоничны, и какие-то мелочи, вроде подушек на креслах, или стаканов можно чаще обновлять.
В зале для завтраков можно поработать над интерьером, придать стиля и гармонии :)
Завтрак очень вкусный , сбалансированный, сотрудники каждый день предлагали турецкую кофе, на что мы очень рады, так как любим кофе , есть и кофемашина .Хороший отель, расположен в центре, все достопримечательности в шаге доступности. Особенно хотим поблагодарить госпажу Маю , очень хорошие, отзывчивые персоналы в отеле
