Pros:

The room was big and comfortable, the breakfast was really nice. The hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. I loved that there was a water dispenser on the ground floor always available for guests, as well as tea and coffee!

Cons:

Every time someone was walking around on the floor above us the whole room was shaking, it was like an earthquake. Pretty annoying, every day we woke up earlier than we wanted because of the shaking

удобная локация, уборка каждый день. каждый день меняли полотенца, тапочки. парни на ресепшен всегда старались помочь,

завтраки оставляли желать лучшего. каждый день одно и то же, и откровенно говоря, не очень вкусно. также в отеле очень странный специфичный запах. в комнате запаха нет, но в коридоре и на ресепшен очень странно пахло.

Pros:

Очень понравилось проживание в Mataraci Konak Hotel. Отличный и дружелюбный персонал. Отдельная благодарность сотрудникам ресепшена Камалу и Ибрахиму — всегда помогали и были очень внимательны. Клининг на высоком уровне, Мая тётя поддерживала идеальную чистоту в номере. Также спасибо повару Зейнап за вкусную и свежую еду. Уютная атмосфера и хорошее расположение отеля.
