Ottimo hotel, gentilissimi il personale, cortesi e presenti. Per il compleanno del mio compagno gli hanno portato una torta a sorpresa, sorprendendo anche me. Stanza pulita, tutto alla grande!

Struttura pulita ed organizzata, vicina alle principali attrazioni, si può girare a piedi senza nessun problema!
Staff super accogliente e gentile, la sera in cui siamo arrivati il ragazzo alla reception ci ha aiutate ad ordinare una cena buonissima ed abbondante al prezzo di soli 9 euro!

Pros:

Отличный отель. Уборка каждый день в номере, чистые полотенца. Завтраки отдельное удовольствие, выпечка была лучше чем в местных кафе. Персонал приветливый, были тут неделю.

Super helpful staff. Very central room. Shower was "best on tour" so far and we have been away for 58 days. Simply. Unpretentious. Comp Breakfast was a nice touch. Highly recommend 5/5

Очень уютный отель, персонал приветливый!!! Поменяли номер на лучший без проблем!!! Очень хорошие ребята. При выезде сделали призент, очень приятно!!! Расположение удобное. Отдельное спасибо Ибрагиму!!!

Excellent base for exploring Istanbul clean, well-located, great staff, worth every dollar.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable right in the heart of the old city, walking distance from everything. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious for Istanbul standards. Staff were genuinely helpful and warm, not just polite. Breakfast was solid. The building itself has a nice character to it, not your generic hotel feel.

Cons:

Nothing significant worth mentioning. Minor things like street noise in the morning, but that’s Istanbul, not the hotel.

Pros:

Lovely place to stay! The staff was very friendly and polite. The stay here was wonderful; everything we needed was provided. Everything is clean. And I have to mention the breakfast. The best I’ve ever had at any hotel in Istanbul! A wide selection of everything—salads, desserts. There was a vegan in our group, and she usually has a hard time finding something to eat for breakfast, but here it was a different story.

The family room should be on a high floor. The basement is not suitable for children.!
Pros:

The hotel is located on a quiet street. The breakfast is delicious, and it's clean.

Cons:

We didn't like the basement room at all! It's very small windows face the sidewalk where the hotel staff sit, smoke, and talk loudly from early morning until late at night! It's a family room, so it really doesn't suit us.
Is not easy to find it too !
