Excelente infraestrutura do condomínio, lamento a piscina estar desativada e não podermos usar outra piscina. Apartamento bom, precisando de modernização. Banheiros reformados. Cama de casal pequena, mas confortável.

Pros:

Flat muito bem localizado, quarto amplo e confortável. Não dispõe de serviços como arrumação diária e restaurante, por se tratar de flat e não hotel, mas a responsável fica disponível para solicitações de limpeza, toalhas, etc. Na área do prédio há supermercado, padaria e alguns outros serviços. Possui também piscina na cobertura com belíssima vista e empréstimo de cadeiras de praia e guarda sóis para hóspedes. Achei excelente custo benefício para se hospedar com uma família de 4 pessoas na Barra
