El hotel está súper cerca del zócalo, muy bonitas las instalaciones y tienen una hostess preciosa (un perrito muy amigable)
La ubicación
Descuidado, le falta mantenimiento, la regadera no sirve, tiene moho en las Paredes, se escucha todo lo del cuarto de un lado, el ambiente le falta ventilación, esta muy encerrado
La ubicación y el servicio esta excelente muy cerca del centro y rodeados de lugares donde comer.
El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir, aproximadamente 20-25 minutos, una persona se tenía q bañar con agua fría y mucho después de eso comenzaba a salir el agua caliente para la segunda persona
Cumple su propósito, un cuarto para descansar y bañarse en el centro, tuve suerte y encontré donde estacionarme a 200m

Room smelled awkward and was too warm. Also pretty noisy.
I was expecting a better room , but it was too small and uncomfortable for a family.
Also bad equipped: one glass for 4 persons
The location to the center was great.
The stay as a whole. The room was not quiet. The sheets and pillow cases had hair. The room smelled like sewage after flushing the toilet. And the water smelled like sewage as well.

- Poor cleanliness, with hairs found in the shower
- Uncomfortable, with various low ceilings that made me hit my head twice
- Loud, I could hear other guests throughout the night

The location
I have to pay $300.00 pesos for parking. The only reason I book this hotel was because they offered parking they don’t specified that you have to paid extra for this amenity. Room don’t have hot water until we called and they send an employee to fixed it. Over all I give them a 7.
Location is good. All of staff is friendly and kind. They have a private beach in front of the hotel. Everything is fantastic experience

This is a very nice hotel. It is over priced but they all are in this city. The room was small but clean with clean sheets and towels. The bed is comfortable. The location is great only a couple of blocks to the main square, but very quiet. The shower has hot water and strong pressure. Compared to 2 other hotels we dealt with they are very honest, which seems rare in a city that tried to rip us off all the time.
A little pricey. Wifi is awful but seemed to be everywhere including our mobile internet
