The location wasn't my favorite because midtown is usually busy and with the world cup going on/ summer travel it was even busier. That said, 3 West Club was a little escape from all that and was super quiet and unassuming. It was beautiful inside, the room was great for our needs and the staff was very pleasant. It was a wonderful price for such a great room. It was fun to stay right by Radio City and St. Patricks as well.

Cons:

Only the location, but that is not controllable. The rest was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but not the best value

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was close to everything.

Cons:

My room was so cold and the controls had a message saying it was unable to be adjusted. I was icy freezing cold because the air conditioning was set on and unable to be adjusted. The weather was in the 50s, gray, rainy and drizzly. Even with a sweater on, I shivered in my room. The coffee in the room was four packets of decaf pods and powdered creamer. For $700 plus for two nights. It would’ve been nice to have real caffeine and a decent cup of coffee in the room. Also, being there on a weekend meant no access to the restaurant in the building.
