忘れ物をしたんですが、送料無料で自宅まで送ってくれました。
Pros:

ホテルに忘れ物をしました。後日電話で確認したところ、忘れたものがあったのですぐに送ってもらえました。それだけでも感謝なのに、送料もホテル負担で、私たちは何も支払いがありませんでした。とっても遠いところから行ったのに感謝です。静岡に行く機会が今後もあると思いますので、また利用したいと思います。とても気に入りました。

人工温泉あった。最高

静岡に帰省する時は、いつも利用させてもらっています。大浴場があり、朝食と駐車場が込みの値段なので助かっています。
その為か、利用客が増えたようで宿泊代が高くなってしまい、その点は残念です。
今回は、希望した部屋と違った部屋を案内されましたが、すぐに対応していただいたので、問題はありません。
あと希望を言うなら、朝食の変化を希望します。
