Near mosque

It was a comfort stay for my family. The room was average but they have mini bar to store your leftover and microwave oven to reheat it. It would be nice if they had cartoon channel on tv for the kids but I think the WIFI provided is good enough.

Like: Very close to the mosque
Don't Like: Toilet door very noisy , need to treat with grease or WD40.

Not worth the price. 172 per night but out of facilities and poor cleanliness. Toilet got smell, pipe leaked and stain at floor. Called cleaning service to clean the toilet ended up he just placed room perfume. Need improvement on cleanliness.

It was terrible.
1. There’s no potter to help us bring our baggages to the lobby and rooms and vice versa during check in and check out.
2. One of the receptionists was very rude.
3. Water supply stopped for few hours for two days of our stay. This was so terrible and intolerable. The staffs asked us to go to level 5 to get water supply.
4. Will not recommend family or friends to stay in this hotel.
5. All pictures published during online booking are nice but not in reality.

I selected this hotel because the mosque is just in front of the hotel. The room facilities should be changed to the new set. Look very old already. Thanks

The room is in a very bad condition. Need upgrading... peace

The staffs are really helpful, they allowed us to delay our check out by an hour and also they help to keep our luggage in their store room while we were going out for last minute shopping. However, we were a little dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room where there are a lot of ant on the kitchen counter and there's cockroach in the bathroom. Hope they can improve. Overall, they received an ok from my family and I.

Please remove this Kalifah hotel from your apps. This facility stinks. Really terrible. 1. No maintainance at all. Toilet stinks due to no maintainance and not cleaned . Nothing works. The room and toilet infested with cockroaches. My Kota Baharu holiday was ruined dued to this hotel I booked from your apps. I may not trust your recomendation in the future. Get this hotel out of your system before your reputation is ruined.

Bilik bersih, besar dan cantik. Staff baik. Diharap dapat bersihkan bilik secepat mungkin selepas pelanggan check out. Kami terpaksa menunggu hingga pukul 4.00 petang untuk check in kerana masalah ini.

Only walking distance to pasar siti khatijah

the room condition is not suit with the price. hopefully the hotel management will repair the bathroom for our comfort.
