Great Value, perhaps because it was the off season.
Pros:

You didn’t need to leave the property, everything was right there and the food was AMAZING!

Cons:

Smoke from the terrace was strong at times, but bearable. Housekeeping didn’t clean thoroughly, but friendly

Das Melas Resort Hotel ist immer wieder für einen Urlaub 👌
Pros:

Obwohl das Hotel auch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, wird darauf geschaut, dass alles immer noch schön ist👍. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und jeder Gast findet etwas beim reichhaltigen Buffet für sich.

Hervorragende Lage, den ganzen Tag über ausgezeichnetes Essen, spätaufsteher Frühstück bis 11Uhr, Noch reichlich Essen nach 22Uhr noch vorhanden am Buffet, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Die Reinigung in den Sanitäranlagen könnte genauer sein, zum Beispiel unter dem Rand des Waschbeckens, die Toiletteanlagen beim Pool, die Sauna müßte mal saniert werden. Unnötig finde ich der strenge Umgang von den Aufsehern mit dem Servicepersonal. Das Personal ist von sich aus schon sehr motiviert, einen Tag mehr Freizeit zur Erholung wäre eine gute Entlohnung und noch mehr Motivation statt die ewigen Ermahnungen von "oben"!

Nächste Ferien in Side wieder in dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Alles perfekt! Lage, Hotelanlage, Zimmer, Sauberkeit, Essen und Service! Massage-Service hat dann alles noch 👍😀! Dieses Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen!

Cons:

Abends bis ca. Mitternacht laute Musik auch aus Nachbar-Hotels störend!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartensitzplatz, Whirlpool und Meersicht, alles war einfach genial. Die Angestellt sind super freundlich!!!

Pros:

We loved all meals, and people who work at the resort restaurant even recognized us, the staff was super friendly and nice, and caring. We appreciated that. We also love the whole territory, nice and green. Although the water slides were way better before. Now they are in the middle of strong sun, no shadow, no shade, nothing. But in general we love Melas.

Cons:

We were shocked in a bad way when the staff said to us we cannot get any Ayran at the Village buffet near the pool. Nothing like that happened last year. Sorry, but people are going around and having food and drinks at the pool bar in the resort and in the village, it is normal, it is same premises, same owner, money goes to the same place. Further, as I said above, a new location for the water slides is not good b/c it does not have any shadow, children being under a very strong sun all the time is not good at all.

wie bereits beim letzten Mal alles Super.
Egal ob Reinigungs- oder Servicepersonal, alle waren sehr freundlich.
Besonders Zeki macht einen tollen Job, er ist immer gut gelaunt und sehr aufmerksam. Schon alleine wegen ihm kommen wir gerne wieder ;)

Das Essen war jedes Mal Top und die Auswahl riesig.

Zentral, Strandnähe, das Essen

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war nicht ausreichend da es Zentral betrieben wurde. Man konnte nicht die gewünschte Temperatur selber festlegen. Es gab auch so gut wie keine Animationen. Die Betten und die Couch sollten auch bald erneuert werden, die waren uralt.
