Pros:

This is our 2nd stay at Melas Hotel. Last year we came and were very happy with our stay so came again. Great location from Markets and Side. Staff members were super nice with a smile everyday. Especially thanks to Bahar who made our room spotless every single day. She was so kind. And Ayse at the pool bar for her generous smile and great chat.
The food was amazing with many different cuisines breakfast through dinner. The only thing that surprised us was that at Italian night there was no pizza! 😃 but more than enough of everything.
Super clean hotel and worth the money. Overall an 8/10

Cons:

The only thing bad was about the elevators. We got stuck twice in them and chose to use the stairs as it was scary .

Some good parts but overall a pretty terrible hotel
Pros:

The room was lovely, really modern and spacious and we especially loved the shower, it was amazing!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Standout for us was the spa. Although the spa itself looks dated and in desperate need of a renovation, I had 2 massages by Selma (don’t know if I’m spelling that correctly) and they were the best I have ever had. She is fantastic and I couldn’t recommend her more. Her knowledge and passion for her job are evident and she was so kind.

Cons:

We moved to this hotel after wanting to extend our holiday but there being no availability at our original hotel and safe to say we were beyond disappointed.

The pool area just looks very dated and depressing and needs an overhaul. There are only about 30 sunbeds around the pool itself and of course they are all taken by 8am.

The food here is truly terrible. The selection itself is very small and we actually refused to eat there after trying the buffet once so had to eat outside of the hotel despite paying for all inclusive. We tried to have lunch once but there was barely any food left (we weren’t there that late into service) which for a hotel of this rating is just unacceptable.

The hotel design is soulless and decorated in such a cold and unwelcoming way. The lobby area and bar have clearly been redone but everything is grey and depressing and the other communal spaces honestly seem to be from the 80s with dated floral sofas and upholstery?

We were so disappointed and are just glad we didn’t have this hotel booked for the entirety of our stay.

Magnifique séjour de 6 jours ! Je recommande fortement :)
Pros:

Le personnel est juste magnifique, mes sincères remerciements à Mustafa Varol, Emre Derin chef, Ramazan Ay, le manager Murat abi :) ils s'occupent tous très bien des clients et sont très accueillants et souriants, vraiment rien à dire sur le personnel, ils sont tous au top !

La nourriture est magnifique et ont régulièrement des différents concepts de cuisine ce qui est formidable !

Je suis globalement très satisfaite de notre séjour et suggère à tout le monde au moins un séjour dans cette hotel.

Cons:

Il y a juste la connexion internet qui n'est pas au top des fois elle capte super bien des fois non.

De plus, l'hôtel n'a pas forçément beaucoup d'activité pool comme dans les autres hôtels, ça peut être très vite ennuyant pour un groupe de jeune etc...

L'Hôtel est très grand du fait qu'ils constituent un groupe, a première vue on a vite l'impression de se perdre mais on s'habitue très vite par la suite.

Pros:

Location. Sand strand som är mycket rent. Gott om strandstolar , personalen vid stranden hjälper med glädje.
Mycket bra och varierat mat. Mycket stora och rimliga rum.

Cons:

Önskade att personalen pratar bättre svenska. En del gick inte att kommunicera med men vi fick vad vi önskade varje gång ändå.
Spa priser är överdrivet höga , då det är min tredje resa till side på 4 år viste jag att det finns andra turkisk hammar med message för mindre än hälften av priset och med mycket bra kvalitet på message.

„Ich bin bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Hotel und jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und die Atmosphäre einfach wunderbar.
Man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl und herzlich willkommen. Alles ist perfekt!“

Pros:

Szuper elhelyezkedés, közvetlenül a tengerparton, nagy stranddal, sok napággyal. Külön pozitívum a strandon a kis, elkerített, 18+-os rész, ahova a kisgyerekesek nem mehetnek, így van egy csendesebb terület azoknak, akik ezt szeretnék.
A szoba kényelmes volt, tágas és tiszta. Bár csak részleges tengeri panorámásat választottunk, szuper kilátás volt így is. Az ételek nagyon finomak, bőségesek, reggel hét és éjfél között mindig lehet valamit enni. A snackek is szuperek, valamint nagy az italválaszték. A személyzet barátságos, bármikor szívesen segítenek, és sokan vannak, emiatt nagyon hamar tudnak foglalkozni mindenkivel.

Cons:

Két apróság, de egyik sem igazi probléma, inkább csak javaslat a jövőre nézve, ha van lehetőség fejleszteni:
- a szobákban a francia ágy két ágyból van összerakva, így középen lesz egy aránylag nagy lyuk a matracok között. Érdemes lenne rendes franciaágyas lehetőséget is biztosítani, legalább a szobák egy részében
- a liftek elég lassúak, főleg csúcsidőben, amikor sok vendég megy az étterem/strand irányába/ból, valamint a strand mellettieket egész nap süti a nap, így azokban nagyon meleg van. Tényleg apróság, de ha valaki nem jól viseli a zárt, levegőtlen helyeket, annak ez probléma is lehet. A lépcsőn sétálás pedig nem feltétlenül alternatíva egy 9 emeletes épületben. :)

Ein hervorragend geführtes Hotel mit exzellentem Service, großartigem Essen und einer entspannten Atmosphäre – wir komme
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Melas Resort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Besonders begeistert haben uns der außergewöhnlich freundliche und aufmerksame Service sowie die hervorragende Qualität des Essens. Die Auswahl am Buffet ließ keine Wünsche offen – auch als Vegetarierin fand meine Frau jeden Abend abwechslungsreiche und leckere Gerichte. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass Gäste des Melas Resort den Aquapark und die Sportanlagen des Melas Privé mitnutzen dürfen. Das erweitert das Angebot deutlich.

Das Hotel ist angenehm ruhig, überwiegend von Familien und Paaren geprägt und richtet sich erkennbar an deutschsprachige Gäste. Wer Erholung statt Party sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team – wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Melas Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Da wir mit unserem 9 Monate alten Sohn gereist sind, hätten wir uns lediglich gewünscht, alle À-la-carte-Restaurants nutzen zu können. Drei der Restaurants sind jedoch erst ab 9 Jahren zugänglich. Das war etwas schade, hat unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck aber kaum geschmälert.

Pros:

The staff was amazing. Pool was very clean. The beach was great. I didn’t have to wait for a table at mealtimes considering it was all inclusive. It wasn’t overcrowded like some hotels I have been to in the area.

Cons:

Having to take an elevator to get to the beach, but it wasn’t that difficult.

Das Hotel ist in grau/beige/braun gehalten. Mir hat die Farbe gefehlt. Etwas türkis oder pink oder gelb würden den Eindruck fröhlicher machen.

Excellent experience.
Pros:

The staff at Melas Resort Hotel were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
The food was excellent with lots of variety, and the overall service was great.

Enjoy the day spent in the spa and wellness centre.

Cons:

The only thing was I wish I could speak German fluent as there was quite a lot in the resort and not many spoke English.
