From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
From 1st June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

Room is clean
Not much space for prayer
Central location to many walkable eateries & night markets, popular shopping locations, a couple of pickleball courts, and massage.
Hotel TV has YouTube and Netflix apps.
Light directly over our bed was too glaring but light outside the bathroom was too dim. Looks like the lights were installed wrongly. Bedsheets have yellow stains, pillows are too high and the hotel didn't have lower pillows, only slightly softer ones. Pillows have an unpleasant sweat smell.
Due to the location of the installation of the TV box, it's hard to use the TV remote controls because we need to aim at the TV box that's installed on the other side of & behind the TV.
Photos used on the booking website looked really nice but the actual hotel room is actually pretty old. Drawers are hard to pull out, clothes rod for hanging hangers are installed at an angle instead of parallel to the ground.
Bedsheets, linens and pillow cases with stains should not be used any more.
La camera era pulita e la struttura in una buona posizione. Nella via perpendicolare c’è il kimberley food market, uno dei più famosi della città. Ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura fino alla sera senza chiedere niente in più. La colazione non è molto variegata ma è comunque buona.
