Pros:

Exceptional location with huge potential. Tired as I believe a decision is being made for a major redevelopment with possibly an adjacent hotel. Good breakfast and resteraunt. Pool facility attractive.

Cons:

Access and parking needs major work and rethink. Revamp of reception with English speaker would be a bonus. Beach access confusing.

Pros:

Die Lage am Strand war grandios, tolles Frühstück. MitParkplatz und Klimaanlage. Schnorcheln war toll, viele Fische.

Cons:

Die fehlenden italienisch Kenntnisse unsererseits haben die Kommunikation erschwert, dauerte, bis man wusste, wie was läuft. Zb die Restaurantreservierung, da darf man sich nicht von der Bedienung verschrecken lassen. Und man sollte gleich oben parken, unten wird es mehr als italienisch eng.

Good intentions - but to fit the price more staff is needed.
Pros:

The place and view is amazing. Staff are doing their absolutely best (but are to busy).

Cons:

Nice staff but to few - lack of service is not their fault - they work hard but are to busy. They forget orders and waiting time for everything is long. i.e in the restaurant.
As a guest you need more introduction to the place when you arrive.
Very small showercabins.
Breakfast is poor ie. bread.

Ottima soluzione a Tellaro
Pros:

La presenza di tutto quanto il necessario per rilassarsi a stare tranquilli.

Cons:

Dovrebbero creare un percorso dedicato ai clienti dell’hotel per quanto riguarda i pranzi e le cene. Altrimenti nel weekend, si rischia una fila immensa dietro a persone che frequentano la spiaggia. Ma generalmente va tutto bene.
Prezzi davvero alti, ma in linea per Tellaro

The location is unique and being able to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the water is a privilege.

Cons:

They have parking for hotel guests but sometimes the parking lot gets so crowded with restaurant guests that is difficult to find parking.

Pros:

De accommodatie was netjes en schoon dus niets op aan te merken!
Het is niet echt een hotel maar een blok studio’s met weliswaar een privé plaats met ligstoelen op een talud aan het water maar het strandje daaronder was heel erg druk waardoor je constant in een bizarre drukte verkeerde, iets wat totaal niet aansluit aan ons idee wat betreft een rustig vakantie plek. Wij zijn dan ook na 2 dagen van de 5 die we zouden blijven vertrokken naar een ander hotel. Ik wil wel de complimenten aan
de eigenaar geven die voor de niet benutte dagen ons volledig compenseerde.

Super tolle fünf Tage im Hotel Fiascherino mit wunderschönen Ausflüge mit dem Boot und Schiff nach La Spezia und den Dör
Pros:

Super tolle Lage in zwei traumhaften Buchten, Lerici ist zu Fuss etwa 2 km entfernt, ein wunderschönes Städtchen mit vielen Restaurants und Hafen. Essen im Hotel (seafood) extrem lecker mit direktem Blick auf das Meer, welcher nie vergessen geht.
Bedienung super herzlich, vielen Dank Natascha mit deinem Team.

Cons:

Generell ist fahrradfahren nicht sehr geeignet, viel Verkehr und und sehr wenige Parkplätze für die Autos und leider auch ein Parkschaden an unserem Auto.
